Michael came today to fix my garage door. He was definitely on time, knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues to me and answer my questions. Extremely polite. I am so happy with the service and I would recommend Precision to anyone. I will definitely use them again. My house is 30 years old and I will need to replace the garage door in a couple of years. I know that I will use Precision. I chose them because they have wonderful reviews which are well deserved. It is so refreshing in this day and age to find a company that is honest. Cory responded quickly, explained our problem thoroughly, and gave us options for us to choose. Then, the proceeded to work methodically and expertly. Any time we had questions, he stopped and explained. Then, at the end he showed us how to operate all equipment and have our cars synchronized with the garage door opener.
