Our garage door stopped working and our home warranty company had your company respond The service tech, Nick, arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. Nick explained the problem and how it could be fixed in laymen terms. He had all the materials and tools on hand to complete the job and was finished in a short period of time. When my husband arrived home his first words were: "It's so quite!" Thank you Precision, you have made me a customer for life!

Came out on Memorial Day with no extra charge. The technician Ryan, was personable, knowledgeable, and expert at is work. Broken spring was replaced efficiently. Also had 20-year old opener replaced. Ryan make sensibe recommendations and all work was excellent. He also programmed my car's built-in remote. Ryan explained everything (operation, maintenance, safety features, warranties, etc.) clearly. I recommend Precision without hesitation.

Ryan called and asked if it was okay to come early. He was professional,courteous and efficient. I needed my keypad replaced and two remotes for the cars. He thoroughly inspected my door and noticed the cable was fraying. Fixing it today would prevent a future call. I would recommend Precision AND Ryan.

I called them on a Friday afternoon thinking I would be lucky to get an appointment on Monday, but they service 7 days a week and were able to come on Sunday. The technician came at the beginning of the appointment range, which was great, and he repaired the garage door quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision based on my experience.
