I've seen your service trucks in our neighborhood, your advertisements in Mint magazine and rating by Angie's List. Tim replaced all rollers, torsion's, cables, rubber retainer seals and bearings on our 3 garage doors. He showed up on time for both appointments and called when on his way. Tim's a professional at what he does and made sure that we were pleased before leaving for his next appointment, he deserves a 5 Star rating.

Jeremiah was our technician. He came and surveyed what needed to be done one day, and came the next to fix, calling before both visits. He expertly fixed our noisy garage door. He also "tuned up" our new door after we broke it in for a couple of weeks following installation. He fixed one broken remote. And - what a personable fellow!!! This fellow is a keeper and a great spokesman for Precision Garage.

My garage door spring snapped and garage door motor caused additional damage since it didn’t stop trying to open door right away. We called precision garage doors about lunch time and they were able to send guys out that same afternoon to take a look at the damage and provide repair recommendations. I needed a whole new door with new tracks and hardware. Precision was able to get the installers out two days later thanks to a quicker than expected permitting process. The installers were professional and did a great job. I was very impressed with the every aspect of the entire process. I would definitely use precision garage doors again and recommend them to anyone.

We have used Precision Door before. Tim and his trainee, Tom, were both very professional and did a great job, adhering to CDC guidelines. We only needed a tune-up today, but Tom educated us on new garage doors and garage door openers. When we decide to replace either item, we will ask for Tim and Tom again. Precision repaired a door opener previously for me. Another opener needed a minor adjustment prior to the sale of my home, and I called Precision because of the stellar service I received before. The tech came out the same day I called and made the minor adjustment. I was grateful for his expertise and quick service. He came to the house within the 2-hour widow the dispatcher gave, and called when he was on his way. Couldn't ask for better service. Good company and good people.

I called for service on Sat afternoon and they were here Mon morning. They promptly determined the cause of my door problem and advised me of what needed to be done before proceeding. They had all the parts with them and repair was completed in no time. They were both quite professional and personable. They sanitized their work area when done. I am very pleased with them and the 10 Yr warranty on the replacement parts. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Extremely disappointing. We made a call and explained that our learn code for the garage door is not working and it is a overhead garage door opener. The garage door is functioning absolutely fine and has only one remote working. We just wanted to program second remote and needed the learn button to function to program the same If the learn code cannot be fixed, it cannot be fixed and at that time someone could have simply told us the replacement of the garage door is 100% necessary for the another remote to function as it can surely not be fixed. The Frustration I am feeling is that I ended up paying for the service call which we did not needed in the first place had someone been honest with us. The tech never even touched the motor and just looked at it and told us it cannot be fixed. It was less than 15 second conversation, 3 minutes to receive a new garage door estimate and it took myself 2 minutes to prepare the check. This is not how truly honest and ethical companies work to grow the business. In this day and age of social media and reviews the references are a must and that is how we chose the company in the first place. Pros: They showed up 1 hour after the call.
