My first contact on the phone was pleasant and arranged to have our garage door serviced the next day! Quite an unusual thing these days! Dalton came on time (actually early) and gave us all the options. He was knowledgable which made our decision much easier!

We needed a PM done on our doors. Called and they had an opening today. Our tech, Jeremiah, called to say he was ahead of schedule and offered to come earlier. He arrived promptly, worked hard, and answered my questions. He was very professional, neat, and polite! Wonderful service from the phone call to paying the bill. Will use again in the future. Thanks.

Received a referral from a friend. Tim came out the same day I called. He offered several options that w were in my best interest, not trying to get me to spend the most money. He did what I asked, and was finished in an hour. More than met my expectations. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend to anyone who asks. Thanks for a job well done. I

We panicked at 4pm last Fri./Good Friday when our garage doors stopped working and the motor started smoking after my husband attempted to program them to our cars. We checked google reviews online, and Precision looked like a winner. We called and two men were here within the hour. To make a long story short, Hayden got up on the ladder and made the diagnosis. He thoroughly explained the problem, made a call for additional parts to be delivered and got to work. He and his assistant finished the job around 8pm. We were very pleased with their work ethic and are thrilled with the outcome. It's a definite upgrade and so much smoother and quieter. Keep up the good work!

We called another garage door company. They said the springs needed to be special ordered and we needed to get 4 for a cost of close to $400.00. We had an appointment Friday between 9-10. by noon we had not heard anything so I called the service tech. He said the office was supposed to call and cancel because they were not able to order them. I called PRECISION and with in 1 hour and 30 min 2 of their technicians was at my house, had the product to fix my garage door in their truck, for 1/3 or more the cost, fix my garage door and was on their way and I am a happy man. PRECISION you are awesome Thank you John

After dealing with less than stellar home builders, landscapers and pool builders it was great to find a business that first of all showed up on time, provided a quality product and was very customer friendly. My wife and I would highly recommend these folks for any garage door installation or service.

Had the pleasure of Mike Danforth as the tech to address problems we were having with our garage door drive unit. Arrived within the scheduled window, inspected the current system and presented the options available. Knowledgeable on the different systems and the pros and cons of each. Work was completed in a timely manner. Would recommend Precision and Mike to anyone in the St Augustine area.

I was impressed. Tim came through in a couple of hours, fixed my garage after a broken cables, which my Tenants notified me of. They charged about market price ($195) and the inspection report, lubing, and shaving a little of my wood panel was appreciated. They quoted me for entire home system repair. Military discount of 5% was applied.
