Fast response, had a tech onsite in less than 24 hours. Brian R. diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes and helped us understand the options for repair. He was skilled and capable in his work, and just as importantly he was friendly and personable. My son popped out to see and Brian took a moment to say hi and answer an 8 yr old's questions on how the door worked. We started noticing a strange sound with our garage door, but ignored it thinking it just needed some WD-44. Saturday morning, we opened our garage and couldn't get it to close again. I did a quick Google search and found Precision. I called and within a couple hours, I was contacted by Nate. He was very friendly, professional, and informative about the issue and the cost and warranty. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and our garage is way better than it was before including quieter than it has ever been. Our garage door opener broke at 7:45am this morning. We called Precision and by 11am it was fixed! The tech who came out was fantastic. He arrived right on time and walked me through what needed to be repaired and his recommendations for replacing some additional parts that were not far away from failure on our 20 year old garage door. Called after purchasing a home, they had a tech out here in two days. That right there was impressive. I had two complete Genie belt drive units installed on the home. The technician that came by had two decades of experience and got an old unit down and two new units up and installed in about an hour. Even had to build the second door door opening framing. Quick work- I was impressed! Explained everything, would definitely recommend.
