I just took a chance on Precision, located via a simple google search for garage door repairs in my area, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The technician showed up precisely when they said he would, and on a Saturday to fit within my schedule. And then the technician proceeded to fix what seemed (to me) an impossible problem involving mangled metal in under an hour, and for a very reasonable price. And while working on my door, Justin took the extra step to treat the runners and other parts with their special garage door lubricant (gratis, and unasked for). And when it came to talking about other quirky things about my garage opener system (don't know the code for my pad, clickers are unpredictable etc.), there was no hard-sell about replacing everything with their products, and instead - just practical advice that replacing these individual components would add up very quickly and that it would be better (when they did finally go kaput) to replace the whole motor/pad/clicker/lights system at once for a cost very close to what it would be to replace the individual components, Very professional, friendly, informative and fabulous service overall. I recommend them highly.

I was having problems with my garage door not responding to the remote. It turns out the logic board in the old unit was defective. The tech, Chad, arrived before the appointment time, found the problem,and replaced the old system while on site. He didn't leave until the job was complete.He was at least an hour past his normal quitting time. Chad is an example of great customer service. Thanks for everything

Enjoyed Travis's visit very much . Actually read his earlier on-line evals as soon as he called ahead(20 mins). He immediately pointed out the obvious trouble points, and explained why each was so. He then explained the "rebuild" package and warranty, and I was sold! Now, new cables, springs, bearing hangars and rollers later, we are quiet and SAFE! Aer doing quite a bit of online garage door service repair websites, I specifically chose this company because of the positive online reviews and their assurance of providing service in a timely manner. With a spouse that often travels, and speaking as a woman that doesn't feel overly comfortable with service techs in my home when he's away, I appreciated being able to see the information about each of the service techicians allowing me to know a little bit about them before my appt. I felt confident in knowing that the service tech at my door would be one of the company's team members viewed on the company website, which gave me peace of mind.
