Enjoyed Travis's visit very much . Actually read his earlier on-line evals as soon as he called ahead(20 mins). He immediately pointed out the obvious trouble points, and explained why each was so. i found precession on angies list. The door was stuck less than half way open on the morning of july 4th. They were at the house within 2 hrs. I run a property management company so i could not be at the home as it was a busy day. Tech called my 4 times to make sure i was in the loop. everything except the door was replaced due to age of door and previous repair work done. I am sure the price was good and i found it to be reasonable. Bill was sent to my email asap and the tenant was beyond happy about speed and efficiency. Tenant also commented on the quality of the technician and his work. We will be using this company again.
