Very good service. You were the 3rd company I called. The others: did not have equipment with them, a week to order Told me conflicting information, do repair, don't repair Poor phone communication Thanks, the door works well!

I appreciated the fact that your advertising was so informative and highlighted the services you provide. Also that you were given a high rating by Angie's List. Giving a short bio for each of your Techs definitely rated a 5! Frank was professional and explained everything he was about to do and gave me options as to materials being used to replace the garage door springs. I would give all of the above a 5!

I just took a chance on Precision, located via a simple google search for garage door repairs in my area, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The technician showed up precisely when they said he would, and on a Saturday to fit within my schedule. And then the technician proceeded to fix what seemed (to me) an impossible problem involving mangled metal in under an hour, and for a very reasonable price. And while working on my door, Justin took the extra step to treat the runners and other parts with their special garage door lubricant (gratis, and unasked for). And when it came to talking about other quirky things about my garage opener system (don't know the code for my pad, clickers are unpredictable etc.), there was no hard-sell about replacing everything with their products, and instead - just practical advice that replacing these individual components would add up very quickly and that it would be better (when they did finally go kaput) to replace the whole motor/pad/clicker/lights system at once for a cost very close to what it would be to replace the individual components, Very professional, friendly, informative and fabulous service overall. I recommend them highly.

The technician who gave me the estimate, Sean Smith, was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, has A+ sales and communication skills. The professional vehicle lends to the credibility of the company, I expect. Currently we are reviewing the best value options of which garage doors to purchase and this Company is at the top of our list.

I was having problems with my garage door not responding to the remote. It turns out the logic board in the old unit was defective. The tech, Chad, arrived before the appointment time, found the problem, and replaced the old system while on site. He didn't leave until the job was complete. He was at least an hour past his normal quitting time. Chad is an example of great customer service. Thanks for everything
