i found precession on angies list. The door was stuck less than half way open on the morning of july 4th. They were at the house within 2 hrs. I run a property management company so i could not be at the home as it was a busy day. Tech called my 4 times to make sure i was in the loop. everything except the door was replaced due to age of door and previous repair work done. I am sure the price was good and i found it to be reasonable. Bill was sent to my email asap and the tenant was beyond happy about speed and efficiency. Tenant also commented on the quality of the technician and his work. We will be using this company again.

Great service and technician. Chris did not have the part on his truck so he went to meet another person who brought the correct part and Chris installed it very quickly and properly. I was very impressed that even though it is July 3 with a holiday coming, Chris rather than putting me off for a couple of days made the effort to go and get the part; great customer commitment. I scheduled an appointment to review my garage door which was broken. Sean was at site on time (a little early even!) and was extremely knowlegable and professional. He assessed the situation, gave me a full set of options, and allowed me to make a confident decision. I have ordered a door and opener appropriate for my needs and budget. This "no pressure" consult was a great experience. I'll let you know how the actual installation goes next week.

Travis kept us informed the time he was going to show and was very informative about the repairs that needed to be done. He was efficient in the work and explicit as to the repairs that needed to be performed. He was not in a rush and asked numerous times if there were any questions or other items that needed work before he left the premises. He checked it out thoroughly and explained the problem. Based on assessment of the old door, I opted for a new one. All work,parts and prices were explained in detail. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

One spring broke. Replaced both springs, bearings cable & drum and all the rollers. $690 total. Seems like The $49.95 service call fee should be waived when you have the work done. Sean did a great installation job, explained step by step the pros and cons of replacing each part. Also came same day and stayed to 10 pm to fix the door.

I called Precision after my old wood garage door (in a newly purchased home) collapsed - wheels flew out of the track and it was about to fall on my car - it would not go up or down. The only reason I called Precision was because there was a sticker from them on the garage door. Well.... Let me tell you. It was the best experience! They came right out, freed my car and secured the garage by lowering the door. They ordered a new door and opener and had it installed in 3 days. The guys that came to the house where personable and professional. They even cleaned up my garage after installation. And programmed my opener to sync with my car (something that might have taken me hours). I would highly recommend them for garage door repair or installation.

We just purchased a home and needed a new garage door installed - the other company ended up not having the door we had ordered and so I called Precision. I picked your company because of 5 star comments by previous customers. So I called and got an appointment for next day. I was told who my Technician would be (Frank Cassidy)and then was impressed that I was able to read about your company and see pictures and brief descriptions of all your technicians. That really helps relieve the worry of a stranger coming to my home!! I wish all service companies were so thorough!! I got excellent service from Frank Cassidy for my broken cables and spring roller. And best of all, he kindly spent time telling me how to keep my garage door in good working condition. Rebuilt garage door after torsion spring failure. Service performed was more than I expected, but technician fully explained options and cost estimate.
