Enjoyed Travis's visit very much . Actually read his earlier on-line evals as soon as he called ahead(20 mins). He immediately pointed out the obvious trouble points, and explained why each was so. He then explained the "rebuild" package and warranty, and I was sold! Now, new cables, springs, bearing hangars and rollers later, we are quiet and SAFE! Aer doing quite a bit of online garage door service repair websites, I specifically chose this company because of the positive online reviews and their assurance of providing service in a timely manner. With a spouse that often travels, and speaking as a woman that doesn't feel overly comfortable with service techs in my home when he's away, I appreciated being able to see the information about each of the service techicians allowing me to know a little bit about them before my appt. I felt confident in knowing that the service tech at my door would be one of the company's team members viewed on the company website, which gave me peace of mind. Tim was very professional and educated me as to what would be the best repair options for our needs. I didn't feel pressured at all. I appreciate knowing all the 'facts' in order to make a decision that impacts our finances. He was fast, professional, respectful, and made sure I had no further questions for him before he departed. i found precession on angies list. The door was stuck less than half way open on the morning of july 4th. They were at the house within 2 hrs. I run a property management company so i could not be at the home as it was a busy day. Tech called my 4 times to make sure i was in the loop. everything except the door was replaced due to age of door and previous repair work done. I am sure the price was good and i found it to be reasonable. Bill was sent to my email asap and the tenant was beyond happy about speed and efficiency. Tenant also commented on the quality of the technician and his work. We will be using this company again.

Great service and technician. Chris did not have the part on his truck so he went to meet another person who brought the correct part and Chris installed it very quickly and properly. I was very impressed that even though it is July 3 with a holiday coming, Chris rather than putting me off for a couple of days made the effort to go and get the part; great customer commitment. I scheduled an appointment to review my garage door which was broken. Sean was at site on time (a little early even!) and was extremely knowlegable and professional. He assessed the situation, gave me a full set of options, and allowed me to make a confident decision. I have ordered a door and opener appropriate for my needs and budget. This "no pressure" consult was a great experience. I'll let you know how the actual installation goes next week.

He was efficient in the work and explicit as to the repairs that needed to be performed. One spring broke. Replaced both springs, bearings cable & drum and all the rollers. $690 total. Seems like The $49.95 service call fee should be waived when you have the work done. Sean did a great installation job, explained step by step the pros and cons of replacing each part. Also came same day and stayed to 10 pm to fix the door.
