Tim and Mark called ahead and asked if they could come earlier, since I was home, no problem. I explained the situation and of course the opener worked flawlessly. So, since they were there I asked them to replace the rollers, over 20 years old, and the door seal. While fixing those the garage door malfunctioned and they were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything and rechecked the operation. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and work ethic.

Garage door would not stay closed. Noticed worn belt. Called Precision who I had used previously. Received an appointment for the day and time I wanted. Technician, Nate, was great. Called to say he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener within 2 hours. Explained how to use everything and connected the car and outside keypad. Told me to be sure to register unit on website. All in all very satisfied with response time and service.

Garage door opener stopped working. Error code indicated internal error. So replaced the motor and track. Went from chain to belt, much quieter. Two new remotes plus a new outside keypad he mounted. He programmed the outside keypad and both cars. ????. Plus it has WiFi built into it. I have to set that up but no biggie. Wes was supper nice and friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend their service for any garage door issue.

Tim V was the technician sent to our house as our opener wasn’t working. The garage door was heavy to open manually and Tim could see that the springs were not the proper size for the door which could have contributed to the opener failing. They had been installed previously by another company. The rollers and cables were original to the door as well. After a short time he and his assistant had the springs, rollers, and cables replaced and repaired the opener. He could probably have just replaced the opener which Is what I was expecting. It’s encouraging to see a company with excellent customer service and work ethic, as that seems to be harder and harder to find,
