OK true story: I come home from golf outing, open garage door, and find a one-inch bolt laying on the garage floor...not good. Examination reveals a completely snapped header bracket, and the rail track is hanging on by a thread. Called Precision door, they said they could have a guy here between 4-6pm today. It's 3:20, I say OK, and head over to my neighbor's place for a beer. At 3:40, a truck pulls up in the driveway. Jeremy gets out, I give him the broken bracket. He says, "no I don't have that part, but I think I can fix it". At 3:57 I said to Jeremy, "You just finished the job that the dispatcher said you would be here within the next two hours to start. Wow! I must leave a review on this one." The promptness, the courtesy, the wherewithal, the phenomenally low price. I just wish every business/service related experience was this real. Kudos Precision.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Shane on the service call we placed. Shane took his time to explain the problem we had with our opener keypad, tested and replaced it with a new one as we had asked. Shane also asked if we were pleased with the door we purchased 6 years ago. He took it upon himself to lubricate the door and ensure the spring had the correct tension. Excellent service provided by Shane!

While we were not in a hurry for an appointment, we were offered one in 24 hours. Technician was on time (even called to offer to come early) , cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. The installation of a new opener took less than an hour. We were glad to see that the many 4 and 5 star reviews were justified.

Wonderful service....and just when we needed it!!! Both cars trapped in garage with broken spring and husband on way out for trip and I needed to get my elderly mom to an important Dr's appt. Mike, our knowledgeable, clean cut and professional technician, saved the day along with a terrific intake operator. We discovered the problem at 0845 and Mike had us up and on our way by 11AM sharp so; from start to finish our emergency was taken care of in 2hrs and 15 mins. Now that is service! When our garage door spring broke our cars were trapped inside our garage. Since we are senior citizens we could not manually open the door. Precision arrive within hours of our call. The technician, Mike Danforth, was courteous and professional. He replace our garage door springs and several other parts that showed signs of wear. I will call Precious again if I have any garage door problems.
