I was given an outrageous estimate for installation of garage door panels. I was also told someone would call me the next day to schedule an appointment for repairing my door. No one CALLED and the lady who took my call initially told me everything that you guys could do, when the tech came out to assess the damage HE IN RETURN TOLD ME EVERYTHING THE COMPANY COULDN'T DO!! THIS IS VERY STRANGE BECAUSE I'VE HAD THIS COMPANY TO DO SOME REPAIR WORK FOR ME BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT AND EFFECIENT THE TEAM DOESN'T SEEM TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE "HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED"!

Old (2006-lift master door opener) pretty much dead. Belt was stripped out. Tech (Tim Van Vuren) recommended; LM 8850W Belt Drive opener, LM 7' Belt Rail, LM 485 Battery, LM 877 Max Keypad & LM 893 Max Remote. I've been a past customer and will definitely continue when needed in the future. The work and price were fair. The Tech's are always profession, on-time, complete their work efficiently & explain thoroughly what they've done. The teach was gracious enough to reconnect my old single door opener to the new outside keypad as well as make sure my car opener controls accessed the new and old opener. Great work!

I was about to leave for an appointment and the garage would only open by a foot. I went online to check what could be the problem and its a broken spring. I called Precision and was told the earliest they could send a technician is tomorrow. I pleaded for someone to come since I am stuck in the house. Hooray!!! they were able to send someone to fix the garage door. Gilbert Brown was the technician and did an excellent job of explaining the problem, what my options were to rectify the problem. He was very professional and well mannered!!! Also, I would like to mention my first contact with Precision was with Jason, he was very helpful! I am very thankful for him going an extra mile to accommodate my request of same day service. I chose Precision because of their excellent ratings!

Tim showed up on time and ready to go. He was pleasant, professional and explained all the possible options for my door repair. He had my door working better than it ever has and the price was well below what I was expecting. He left me with estimates for all the possible upgrades I will be looking to do in the near future. Thank you very much for a superb service! I wish I would've found this company a year ago. This was the 4th time my springs broke within a year and we've lived here 14 years! Other companies would just come out and take our money and fix it without looking into WHY the springs keep failing after my concerns. You found the root cause and listened to me as the customer. There was more than springs that were the issue in which i suspected and he showed me each issue, explaining to me what the damge caused and so on. Tim is very knowledgeable, he doesn't pressure you, and he works swiftly as well. I am super impressed with the work that has been done. I will only recommend this company moving forward.

Checking around after service was done, your price , about $432.00 for replacing a pair of broken springs is extremely expensive.. Installation was good..

What an awesome experience I had today with Josh, Precision Door tech! First off, my call to PD was great. Customer Service handled my issue timely, answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment promptly. The tech, Josh diagnosed the issue and explained my options. Josh did a great job repairing the door. He made sure I was satisfied with the work he proformed. This is my 3rd relationship with PD and I will continue to call on them for my garage repair needs. Awesome experience!

He was on time and very thorough in completing the work (installing new key pads) and seeing to it that everything worked to our satisfaction before leaving. What started off as a scary & disappointing experience with this company...turned out to be an amazing one instead! I sent a PM to them about our experience and within minutes they responded, sent a NEW tech (Frank) out to our home, replaced out broken spring, tightened loose nuts and bolts, within 30 minutes I could open my garage door again and Precision Door Service of Jax did all of it at NO CHARGE. They proved they are a company with integrity. They keep their word and strive to make their customers happy. I will long sing their praises and when we can afford a NEW door for our garage, they will be the company we call!
