This is my second time dealing with Precision. I purchased a brand new door from them earlier this year for one of my back yard storage buildings. I was so happy with their service that when a different building had issues with the garage door opener I did not hesitate to call Precision. They came out today, charged me just for the service call and figured out within five minutes that it was a loose wire that went to my sensors. He fixed the side that was loose, checked the rest of the wires while he was here, also showed me how to get the remote opener open so I could change the battery. He was on time, professional, courteous, wore a mask, and was quick to find and repair the problem. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again if I need service or to replace a door or opener.

Call for service this morning and a tech was at my home before noon. I call that great response customer's needs. The tech was looked at the job and quickly started to work. He was friendly and polite. He dressed well and I understood all of his statements. I give the tech 5 stars. and the service operator 5 stars for getting him to my home soo quickly.

TREMENDOUS service!!!!! Garage door spring broke late last night. A call to Precision was handled with courtesy; professionalism; and caring by the young lady who answered the call. Appointment was scheduled for this morning between 8 and 10:00 a.m. I received a call from the service technician letting me know he was enroute to my residence and arrived prior to the expected time. Outstanding. The young technician; Nate Lewis, was outstanding!!!! Professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful both in helping me understand what had happened to the old springs and patient in answering my questions about what would be needed to repair my door. That young man is more than welcome to return for any further needs we may have. Thoroughly enjoyed him and his attention to detail. Precision Door, I can't thank you enough for your rapid response and the quality and professionalism of your staff. Greatly appreciated!!!!

Haydn was the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable. He called ahead to see if he could come early and it worked out great. He did a great job. My dad was a pioneer in the overhead garage door business up in Massachusetts in the 50's and 60's. Watching Haydn work brought back many old memories. He was patient enough with me to listen to all my old "Dad" stories. Courtesy and customer service go a long way in my book. We bought a new home with a 2 car garage and a garage door opener. I've never had an automatic door opener so didn't know what to do when it wouldn't close the door. I found the manual the previous home owner left but couldn't determine the issue so discovered how to manually close it. Phew. I found Precision through Google, called them and they came out the next day. My Tech, Frank, was easy to work with and a wealth of information. Through all my newbie questions he remained professional and never made me feel dumb for asking them. His years of experience were evident. He gave me maintenance tips to prolong the life of my opener and door, told me what to for if the opener started acting up again and left me with a feeling that I called the right company for the job. A big THUMBS UP for Frank and Precision. Precision has gained a life long customer.

I have used Precision a few times, and they have never failed me. Each one who has come to my home has been courteous, helpful, explain the problem and what they will do to fix my problem. I also used them when I lived in Orange Park. I was having trouble getting my garage door to either open, or getting it to shut. I finally called this morning, and had a technician here at 2:30. I really appreciated the quick service.
