We hard to have our torsion spring replaced. The service was great. Dalton was our technician. He was on time, well informed, professional, and courteous. The process was smooth. The installation was completed quickly. I would recommend this company to a friend an I would have zero reservations to use them in the future.

I was told that your service man would be at my home between 4 and 6 PM. He arrived just before 4:00 and got to work immediately. He gave me 2 options to choose between and was finished with the work in just about an hour. I could not be happier.

The tech that came to my house was outstanding and did a wonderful job on my garage door. He showed me everything he did and showed me what was broken and did it in a timely manner. He was polite and very informative. He is an asset to your company. Thank you so very much. I will be telling all my friends about your service. It is great to see for single woman like me that have to depend on repair companies to do what is needed and not take advantage of me.

Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Totally recommend this company and give a shout out to Hayden, who was awesome.

Originally, I called for a coupon special for rollers and adjustment that was out dated. The cost was more, but the service more than made up for that. I had new rollers and a inspection done on my garage door. I will probably need more repairs in the future. I was given an estimate of the cost for the complete work that will probably have to be done. The technician (now I do not remember his name) that came out was so polite, professional, personable, and explained things very well. My garage door is more quite , seems to open and close more evenly. I will do any future work with Precision as long as I get the same technician. Extremely satisfied!

They were able to schedule me for first thing the next day (a Saturday), called before they came and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment was for. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part on their truck. On top of the repair I had them inspect and lube everything. Everything was done in less than 1 hr.
