Billy & James arrived a little early, they listened to the problem and within a very short time had determined the problem, a broken spring on the door. Billy gave me the options and once decided they got right to work. They had everything they needed and in less than an hour the job was done. Needed a repair because of pully jammed. Called and within an hour had a repairman at my door. He explained everything and even showed me how it all worked. Less than 1 1/2 hours, he had replaced the springs that were worn and realigned the door. Great job just days before Christmas. Absolutely would recommend this company to my family and friends.

When we moved into our home the Precision Door was already there. Hard to believe but one of the first things we noticed was how quiet this door was. Shortly after settling in we gave out the garage code so our friends could come in through the garage grab a beer and meet us out on the patio. Believe it or not one of the main Conversation Pieces was the Silence of that door going up and down. After Hurricane Matthew I messed up the door code and could not fix it myself so I called precision and they came out the very next day. Thanks to their handy dandy coupon in the Money Magazine we got a total overhaul of the door for $98 rollers Lube job realignment remotes rekeyed new code put in everything done by an outstanding professional Brandon Ayres who did a great job. The door works so well now we never hear anyone come in from that direction scared the bejesus out of me the other day because I never heard the door go up or back down. Now that's what I call an outstanding product!!

Michael did a fantastic job by calling 1/2 hour before he got to the home and then explaining what was going on with the door. When I asked him about a new opener he explained in detail the benefits of a belt driven opener and the warantees. Very pleasant to work with this company and with Michael the technician.

Professional, helpful and polite. Nice two hour window of expected arrival that met my schedule and they arrived right in that time window. Fixed what I needed, made a thorough check of the rest of the door structure and mechanical components. Provided a helpful recommendation and a cost saving way of addressing it. The door operates quieter like when it was new back in 1997. The only company I will use for any door issues.
