I had AJ from Precision come to my house this evening to fix my garage door. When I damaged it yesterday, I could only imagine what it would take to fix it if they even could. To my surprise, it wasn't as bad as I thought. AJ was very professional and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He said it would only take about an hour and he was right on time, actually a little head of schedule. 5 star review since that is the highest it goes. I highly recommend AJ and Precision.

Highly recommend. Prompt, capable and polite. They do not try to sell you unneeded services. Not cheap, but a good value. They typically have coupons in JAX magazines like Mint. Can save you 50-75 bucks.

There is no way of knowing if all service persons are as helpful, thorough and professional as Billy, but if they are this is whatever rating is above five stars. Why? My call was for service on the motors, with questions about the doors (twin garage doors). He answered the questions, explained my options and did the work right away -- very professionally -- then spent the time to patiently train me on use and maintenance. First rate!

Received recommendation from a friend. We had a broken spring on a Sunday night. I called at 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning and before noon the issues where address / taken care of. Tech made other suggestions for services but all stated what did NOT need upgraded. Definitely will be calling in the future for any other issues / general servicing.
