Wesley is the best worker I have ever experienced. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything. He does not pressure you but he offers ideas and explanations! He is always happy and friendly. I always request him and he is honest and reliable. Those traits are hard to find these days. You can tell he loves his job and settles for nothing but your satisfaction. How lucky your company is to have him!

Tim and his helper were a knowledgeable and efficient pair of installers. Arrived on time and gave a thorough description of different packages, items in said packages and warranties associated. Timely install of my door package and walked me through everything afterwards. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t want to give my money to any other company. Opener, springs, motion sensors, wheels and touch pad.

OK true story: I come home from golf outing, open garage door, and find a one-inch bolt laying on the garage floor...not good. Examination reveals a completely snapped header bracket, and the rail track is hanging on by a thread. Called Precision door, they said they could have a guy here between 4-6pm today. It's 3:20, I say OK, and head over to my neighbor's place for a beer. At 3:40, a truck pulls up in the driveway. Jeremy gets out, I give him the broken bracket. He says, "no I don't have that part, but I think I can fix it". At 3:57 I said to Jeremy, "You just finished the job that the dispatcher said you would be here within the next two hours to start. Wow! I must leave a review on this one." The promptness, the courtesy, the wherewithal, the phenomenally low price. I just wish every business/service related experience was this real. Kudos Precision.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Shane on the service call we placed. Shane took his time to explain the problem we had with our opener keypad, tested and replaced it with a new one as we had asked. Shane also asked if we were pleased with the door we purchased 6 years ago. He took it upon himself to lubricate the door and ensure the spring had the correct tension. Excellent service provided by Shane!

I have read the reviews here is St Pete and I thought and wanted to see if they were located in Middleburg or surrounding areas. So I gave you a call and you had an opening and Alan was prompt and competed the job just before the cold weather set in and I thanks you. Jay Archibald

While we were not in a hurry for an appointment, we were offered one in 24 hours. Technician was on time (even called to offer to come early) , cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. The installation of a new opener took less than an hour. We were glad to see that the many 4 and 5 star reviews were justified.

Service was excellent from start to finish. I already had a garage door, just needed the mechanics installed. The choices were explained to me in detail by Alan. He was super patient while I decided and did a fantastic job of installing the system and explaining how to operate it. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors to all my family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with you! Thank you

Wonderful service....and just when we needed it!!! Both cars trapped in garage with broken spring and husband on way out for trip and I needed to get my elderly mom to an important Dr's appt. Mike, our knowledgeable, clean cut and professional technician, saved the day along with a terrific intake operator. We discovered the problem at 0845 and Mike had us up and on our way by 11AM sharp so; from start to finish our emergency was taken care of in 2hrs and 15 mins. Now that is service! We will definitely be return customers as the need arises and will not hesitate to recommend to our friends and colleagues. Thank you, Susan and Matt Welch

The technician, Mike Danforth, was courteous and professional. He replace our garage door springs and several other parts that showed signs of wear. I will call Precious again if I have any garage door problems.

My first encounter with Precision was several years ago and I was so impressed by the service( a last minute, rather urgent matter) that I have continued with them ever since. This last visit was no different. Prompt, efficient and courteous.
