Everyone was extremely friendly starting with the person who answered the phone to the service techs who repaired the garage door. We received a phone call by the service tech about the time he would arrive, and he was right on time. The problem was fixed quickly, and every step of work was explained. I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed with Precision Door Service. We heard a loud bang in the garage, and came out to find that we couldn't open the door. I literally had no idea what had happened to it. I found your company on an internet search, and, after reading over a dozen reviews, decided to give you a call. From the very first conversation I had when describing my problem to the quickness of your response to be able to come out was exemplary. The technician (Sean Smith) called to let me know when he would be here, and without fail, he was right on time. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole service call. He explained all the options quite well, even going into detail about the quality of your products. The price was reasonable and actually cheaper than I thought it would be. I will definitely be recommending your company and services to my neighbors and friends. In my honest opinion, we need more companies like Precision Door Service in the world for this kind of service used to be the norm, but sadly most businesses are more concerned about their bottom line, and not the customer. Again, thank you for such a humbling and expedited experience. This kind of service truly gives me faith that we still have people in this world that care about their customers!

Unbelievable! Called for service at 2:15PM.... Operator said someone would be here between 3 - 5 PM... Devin arrived around 3:45PM repaired door under warranty within hour or so! No hassle. Great service.

We were extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Our garage door opener stopped working on Thursday night. By Friday morning, I was able to schedule an appointment to have a new garage door opener installed for the very next morning. Frank, the assigned technician from the Middleburg office, showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was also very thorough in explaining and answering our questions about the operation of our new garage door opener. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know who is looking for garage door installation or service!

When my garage door quit working I went to the internet to find a company to work on it. I was impressed with the many outstanding reviews Precision had. Sean was my technician and he arrived in the specified time asking me what the symptoms were. He took the opener apart and found the problem, explaining to me, and showing me the indications of what caused my problem. He was able to put the opener back together and caused the door to be functional. It would have been very easy for him to "sell" me a new opener. The door is fixed and working well now and all I paid for was a service call and 1/2 hour labor. Excellent service and outstanding customer interaction. I very highly recommend using Precision for your garage door needs.

Jeremiah stole the show!!!! Extremely professional, courteous and proficient. We are very pleased with the finished product! The replacement was done on Sunday and early in the day and seemed relatively quick. We were going to go with Home Depot but figured going through their appointment process would be longer than we wanted to wait. The price was right for the efficiency and product. Highly recommend. 5 I had saw your advertisement in paper & in Mint magazine. I also checked on Internet and saw your rating was 5 stars where a lot of the ones I looked at weren't. Also all of the great reviews that I read convinced me Precision was the way to go. Also the Tech Frank was awesome. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful with his diagnoses of my garage door opener. He explained every thing thoroughly to me & also to my husband over the phone. Frank went above & beyond his duties to help me with my garage door opener. I would be sure to ask for him again if I should need assistance with my garage door opener plus recommend him to my friends & others. Precision is a great company. Thank you for your assistance

5 stars Chad arrived on time. Called ahead to confirm his arrival time. There was no "sell' involved at all. I asked for info on 10 yr vice lifetime warranty and decided for 100 dollars more lifetime was the way to go. He was done replacing all parts within 2 hours...impressive .Will do business again. We got the company off angies list and ,although we forgot about the 5% discount, I'm well satisfied with result

Tim and Jeremiah called to let me know they would arrive about 5 minutes past the earliest time for my appointment. They arrived with big smiles on their faces and set right to work doing the initial repair. They also took the time to explain that it did not look as though any type of maintenance had been performed on the system since the house was built about ten years ago. They explained that the system could fail and offered me a package that would take care of the problem for the lifetime of the product. They gave me time to consult my husband, who gave his approval, then set to work putting in the new parts. They worked efficiently and quietly and I could tell they were a team. Well done!

We called at about 10:30am On Sunday and given an appointment time of between 2:00 and 4:00. We recovered a call before 2:00 saying the technician was on his way and he was here in about 20 minutes. Jason promptly found the problem and made the repair in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions. This was the second time that we have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and was very pleased both times.
