I chose Precision because it offered same day service and senior discount. The techs were very professional and knowledgeable. Finished in a timely manner and showed me everything they replaced...springs, bearings, cable, tubing, steel bracket and oiled all moving parts, door works great!

Tim and Frank did an OUTSTANDING job! I was so confident in their knowledge and expertise that in addition to the Spring repair I had them replace my rollers, cables etc. The door is now incredibly smooth and quiet. After the repair was complete by Tim, we realized the rail to the garage door opener had a stripped gear. Frank came by and was able to fix the garage door opener at no additional charge to me. I felt like both Tim and Frank were experts at their tasks and they really cared about me as a customer. I have already been singing your praises to my friends and family. I would highly recommend your company!

We called at about 10:30am On Sunday and given an appointment time of between 2:00 and 4:00. We recovered a call before 2:00 saying the technician was on his way and he was here in about 20 minutes. Jason promptly found the problem and made the repair in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions. This was the second time that we have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and was very pleased both times.

I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed with Precision Door Service. We heard a loud bang in the garage, and came out to find that we couldn't open the door. I literally had no idea what had happened to it. I found your company on an internet search, and, after reading over a dozen reviews, decided to give you a call. From the very first conversation I had when describing my problem to the quickness of your response to be able to come out was exemplary. The technician (Sean Smith) called to let me know when he would be here, and without fail, he was right on time. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole service call. He explained all the options quite well, even going into detail about the quality of your products. The price was reasonable and actually cheaper than I thought it would be. I will definitely be recommending your company and services to my neighbors and friends. In my honest opinion, we need more companies like Precision Door Service in the world for this kind of service used to be the norm, but sadly most businesses are more concerned about their bottom line, and not the customer. Again, thank you for such a humbling and expedited experience. This kind of service truly gives me faith that we still have people in this world that care about their customers!

Unbelievable! Called for service at 2:15PM.... Operator said someone would be here between 3 - 5 PM... Devin arrived around 3:45PM repaired door under warranty within hour or so! No hassle. Great service.

We were extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Our garage door opener stopped working on Thursday night. By Friday morning, I was able to schedule an appointment to have a new garage door opener installed for the very next morning. Frank, the assigned technician from the Middleburg office, showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was also very thorough in explaining and answering our questions about the operation of our new garage door opener. When my garage door quit working I went to the internet to find a company to work on it. I was impressed with the many outstanding reviews Precision had. Sean was my technician and he arrived in the specified time asking me what the symptoms were. He took the opener apart and found the problem, explaining to me, and showing me the indications of what caused my problem. He was able to put the opener back together and caused the door to be functional. It would have been very easy for him to "sell" me a new opener. The door is fixed and working well now and all I paid for was a service call and 1/2 hour labor. Excellent service and outstanding customer interaction. I very highly recommend using Precision for your garage door needs.

can't comment on the product yet (garage door opener) because i just got it installed. However, AJ, my tech was very helpful in helping me make some major decisions on certain avenues I needed to take. He also made sure I got all the discounts I was entitled to. Product was rather pricey I thought.
