I chose Precision door because you installed a new garage door for my family around September of 2014. We love the door!. Michael came this morning within the time frame that we were told he would. He was extremely courteous and I felt that he reflected an attitude that Precision cares about their customers. He was impeccable in knowledge, very professional and explained everything in a manner that I could understand and implement. Michael is a definite asset to your company. Wow what a great experience. Exactly as they portrayed themselves. Repair cost was fair, they actually arrived early and he was done with our broken springs and bearings in about an hour. Very respectful and professional, explained everything, cleaned up after himself. Definitely recommend these guys.

Problem with garage door opening all the way. Called and received same day appointment. Michael arrived and immediately knew what the problem was. After adjusting the springs and settings on the opener, and lubricating all the hinges and rollers, the door worked perfectly once again. Great job Michael!

Fast service (next day). Repair service done by a knowledgeable serviceman who was also friendly and prompt. While the damage done to our door was more extensive than could be repaired, the door was put on track so that we could easily open and shut it manually. A quote was also given for a new door, and we were advised to contact the original manufacturer about replacing the broken panel of our broken door.
