I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for any overhead garage door issues. I called a competitor first, waited 4 hours for a return call until I called Precision. Precision sent Shane out and within an hour was at my house. He was in the middle of the repairs before I got a return call from the first company I called. Shane was thorough, professional and explained to me everything he did.

Precision installed a new opener a little over a year ago. Recently it started opening and closing on its own. We called yesterday and Frank came out and as I was explaining what was going on, the door opened and closed again on it's own. He reprogrammed the unit and the remotes, hopefully this will cure the issue. Frank was the Technician who installed the unit, so I was pleased he came out again to troubleshoot the issue.

You had just what I wanted and your price was right. He was right on time and so were the two men who came to put in my new door. They did a great job, cleaned every thing up. Did it all in much less time than I though it would take. Give them all a raise, you want to keep those young men.

called 800 number at 10.00 at night aqnd talked with very nice opreater and shw tried to get me a earlier appontment but just had 2:00 to 4:00.I have had you in the past and said thats fine. another company call and said they could be here at 10:00 but we said no we would wait till 2. your service man was here by 1:00 and was super nice,explained everything to me and helped me setting up garage door openor in the car.very impessed by him was here less than 1 hr and everything works fine.Hope I dont have anymore problems but I know who to call if I do thank you again

He did an excellent job he knew what he was doing and he finished the job in a timely fashion. He also was More than happy to help us with every garage door, or remote need that we had. And he was very friendly and courteous! And as a matter fact I'm recommending him to my in-laws who need some garage door work as well
