This company was spectacular....the gentleman that came to service our door literally hopped over furniture in our garage to fix the problem. We had just moved, we were tired and our patience were thin. The last thing we needed was a garage door problem. Precision made it painless. They were fantastic!

He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and his recommendations on how to go about repairs. From start to finish, the entire visit (inspection/diagnosis/repair) only took about two hours! He inspected the door after I explained my issues and gave me his opinion and recommendations. After agreeing to the work, the job was completed efficiently and without problem. Kody Hohman did a fantastic job of repairing my problem garage door. He replaced rollers with ball bearing Nylon units that really quieted the door. He also replaced missing nuts on door hinges that were causing the door to malfunction. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use Precision in the future. Excellent company
