When my garage door stopped opening/closing, I knew to call Precision based on the excellent service they had previously provided. They came prepared for anything, and determined the cause was simply loose wiring. They were up front, honest, and timely with their service, and wound up providing a much less costly solution, though they could've easily convinced me to buy a new opener. They are an outstanding company, with knowledgeable and friendly service technicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Technician came out to do an estimate; when he came he did a really good job with the explanation and the estimate was fair. Since the tech had all of the equipment to do the install that day, we went ahead and agreed to have it done immediately. 1.5 hours later I had a new garage door opener, 2 new programmed remotes and the quietest garage door opening ever!! I did opt for the belt drive; it is definitelyh worth the extra $$.

We found precision door opener through Home Advisors & we're glad we did. Michael called us the day of installation & told us he was on his way & what time to expect him. We had purchased a garage door opener however Michael told us about the belt driven garage door opener & we decided to box up our garage door opener & went with the belt driven garage door opener. Michael was very professional & did a great job installing the garage opener. Our rating is 5.

We had a spring break. Precision came in the next day - great response! We bought a 31 year old house, and decided to expand the service. The tech, Tim, did a great job. Explained everything to my wife extremely well. The garage door now runs as smooth as silk. I will call on Precision for my future needs, but based on the work they did that maybe 10 years from now.

Excellence Service. Devon was here at time quoted and was very knowledgeable, neat, pleasant and professional. A new opener was installed within 2 hours and is working great. He advised that my door and springs need work & replacement also, but was able to do enough that I can use it fine for now. Good representative for company. on 9-17-2015, I went to open my garage door not knowing a ladder was leaning against the railing. When the door met the ladder the damage happened. I tried to close door but made it worse. This was around 3:00pm. Panic set in. I remembered I got the "Mirror" magazine in the mail. Precision was the first Garage Repair ad I saw. Ad was nice, friendly and drew my attention. I called, explained this issue and I think your receptionist heard the panic in my voice. She set me up with a Tech to come to my house with-in the hour. She called back with-in 45 minutes to let me know "Bill" was on his way. Bill showed up and had my garage door fixed with-in a hour. He was extremely professional and friendly. He knew what he needed to do and did it. My garage is full of tools and wood and he had to work around some of the items that could not be moved because they were to close to the door. I can not tell you what Premier Customer Service to workmanship that was shown to me through out this time. I am a recent widow and I'm learning my way in the single world again. I work at Mayport Military Base and Customer Service is our #1 priority. Your company has a 5-STAR rating from me from first contact to finished results. I will be recommending your company to all I come in contact with. Very impressed. Later that night I looked through the Mirror and found quite a few Garage Door advertisements, and yours still was the best. Being the first ad in your industry to be seen in the Mirror was a smart business move.

I recently had a new garage door opener installed. I completed the online form for the company to contact me. From the minute Michelle contacted me (which was about 10 minutes from online submission) to the minute Jeremiah left my house I received the best customer service ever!. Michelle explained the products available for my needs and costs associated. Jeremiah called when he was on the way so I knew his exact ETA and he was on time and very professional. He let me know what to expect and how long the install would take. I also received a thorough tutorial on the best use of the garage door opener. I will recommend Precision to anyone.
