Excellent service, replacing my garage door, provided by professional and personable technicians. The prices are very competitive and the work done exceeded my expectations. This is the 2nd time I have had Precision Door Service service my garage door and opener. From the initial call to set up an appt for service with Bridgett to the technician, all were very friendly, respectful and professional. The technicians have taught me the maintenance I need to do on the door and opener ( I was using the wrong liquid to lubricate the wheels one time) and always explain what the problem is, what needs to be done as far as repair and what the cost will be. After service I have received an email with the invoice for my records. Very pleased with service each time and would highly recommend the company.

Tim was great! I run a software company and know how difficult it is to find quality employees to represent my company. This guy was top-notch! He was extremely polite and very professional. Tim replaced my old opener with a new one and replaced my spring, rollers & brackets - all in under 2 hours. I will be recommending Precision to all of my friends should they ever need service for their homes.

I chose Precision Doors because I purchased my garage door opener from them. Precision has a good reputation locally and that also helped make my decision. George was the technician who serviced me. He explained all he did and I appreciated that information very much. He was very courteous and professional.

I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for any overhead garage door issues. I called a competitor first, waited 4 hours for a return call until I called Precision. Precision sent Shane out and within an hour was at my house. He was in the middle of the repairs before I got a return call from the first company I called. Shane was thorough, professional and explained to me everything he did.

Precision installed a new opener a little over a year ago. Recently it started opening and closing on its own. We called yesterday and Frank came out and as I was explaining what was going on, the door opened and closed again on it's own. He reprogrammed the unit and the remotes, hopefully this will cure the issue. Frank was the Technician who installed the unit, so I was pleased he came out again to troubleshoot the issue.

I looked for garage doors on my phone, many were listed. I was very impressed by all the info you had listed. I was impressed by the person that came out to my place northwest of MacClenny. You had just what I wanted and your price was right. He was right on time and so were the two men who came to put in my new door. They did a great job, cleaned every thing up. Did it all in much less time than I though it would take. Give them all a raise, you want to keep those young men.

Salesman was well versed on product and very professional. Loved the samples to see the difference in the products. I marked this as Install Garage Door. however, this was a sales call for a new garage door. Now, we are waiting on the estimate for the project of new door for garage.
