Reviews were good I was disappointed that they didn’t have the belt drive system I wanted but tech went over everything and they said they would call and set up another appointment when they get the parts in stock . Hope they get the parts soon . We’ll see if they follow through . Then I will up date the review.

Precision technicians has completed several different jobs at our home. They have completed garage repairs, maintenance, as well as new garage installation. Don't normally write reviews good or bad. Called Precision for garage door issue had a same day service time window of 2hrs from when I made the call. 15 minutes after the call a tech contacted me and asked could he arrive early he was only 20 minutes away. WOW! The Tech that arrived was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would definitely recommend Precision and Tom for ANY garage repairs.

This is the 2nd time I have had Precision Door Service service my garage door and opener. From the initial call to set up an appt for service with Bridgett to the technician, all were very friendly, respectful and professional. The technicians have taught me the maintenance I need to do on the door and opener ( I was using the wrong liquid to lubricate the wheels one time) and always explain what the problem is, what needs to be done as far as repair and what the cost will be. After service I have received an email with the invoice for my records. Very pleased with service each time and would highly recommend the company.

Tim was great! I run a software company and know how difficult it is to find quality employees to represent my company. This guy was top-notch! He was extremely polite and very professional. Precision installed a new opener a little over a year ago. Recently it started opening and closing on its own. We called yesterday and Frank came out and as I was explaining what was going on, the door opened and closed again on it's own. He reprogrammed the unit and the remotes, hopefully this will cure the issue. Frank was the Technician who installed the unit, so I was pleased he came out again to troubleshoot the issue.

I looked for garage doors on my phone, many were listed. I was very impressed by all the info you had listed. I was impressed by the person that came out to my place northwest of MacClenny. You had just what I wanted and your price was right. He was right on time and so were the two men who came to put in my new door. They did a great job, cleaned every thing up. Did it all in much less time than I though it would take. Give them all a raise, you want to keep those young men.
