We made a called today, to schedule appointment to have our garage door for it needed some adjustments. And the service Frank 7 Cassidy, was very helpful making sure he explained everything that the saw and have kind of repairs was needed. He really did a great job and was very please with the adjustment he made on our garage door. Thanks again for your help!!

Brandon was very professional, polite, thorough, diligent, arrived very timely, answered my questions with patience, and has expert knowledge about garage door repairs/replacements. Ryan was knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what was needed to fix the problem and did not try to sell me anything more. I thought I might need a new door and he gave me his expert opinion of it's life and condition. Anyone else might have taken that opportunity to run up my bill. Tim Van Vuren called earlier than the appointment time and informed us of his expected arrival time. He listened to my explanation of the problem, offered his recommendations and we agreed. He told us it would be possibly three and a half hours to complete and he had scheduled four additional customers for the day. He notified his office of the delay and they in turn notified the next customers following our service call. The new motor, springs, rail, and motor are so quiet. We are sincerely glad we called Precision. Thank you.
