Every thing about this transaction went smoothly, from the initial contact to inquire about service, to setting the appointment, and the coordinated, timely arrival of the technician, Kody Hohman at the appointed time. After inspecting the system, Kody quickly diagnosed the situation, taking the time to explain the cause of the problem, and his solution. Garage door wouldn't open, so I called for service. Ryan showed up 15 minutes early (a good thing) and spent time looking over the door and opener for the problem. After a good review, he gave me several options and I chose a new opener and rail. Ryan installed the new opener and adjusted the door to make sure it closed perfectly. Now I can barely hear it opening and closing! Ryan did a great job and I'll definitely call again if I need anything. I'll also refer my friends and tell them about your excellent customer service.

Some time ago you installed a new garage door for me. We're very pleased with the new door; and, especially with the service provided. Recently the door began to malfunction so I called for repair. The technician came out the day I called and showed up even a little earlier than expected which was great. He was very professional, as with all your technicians; diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue within minutes of arrival. He even had a spare part on the truck that he installed at no charge. After the repair, he greased all the bearings and only charged a minimal service call fee which is about half of what I'm accustomed to paying other service providers. Thanks for always being there when needed.

Ryan Lanczak arrived a little early which is always good. He did a great job of explaining every and got my permission for every thing he did. I called Precision because you came out a couple of years ago to install new opener and some other things needed for no extra charge. The young man was so nice, pleasant yet business like. Same man came back once again for something minor. Have recommended your Co to others. Was just as impressed today as I was previously. Will continue to use and recommend Precision. Very satisfied with the service of Precision. Frank explained the problem and how he would fix the garage door opener. More important, he listened and understood that I plan on replacing the garage door and opener in the near future; therefore, didn't want to put a lot of money into it today. We have been very satisfied each time we have had any dealings with your concern. When you installed our garage door, the men were very professional and did a wonderful job. Today, April 15, 2016 we had to call because our garage door would not close properly. Michael, your employee, kept me posted as to when he would be here, as his previous job took a little longer. He is a fine young man, found my problem and repaired it in a short time. He was very polite, friendly, and did a very good job correcting my problem. We recommend him very highly, as we did the former young men. It appears you have a very good group of employees. Thanks so much for such super and prompt service. I vote 5 stars.
