My garage door main spring snapped on Sunday. I couldn't get door open or cars out. Called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She tried to get someone out Sunday but they were fully booked. She scheduled for Monday 12-2. Monday at 10 Wes arrived. He opened the door looked over the door a recommended what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure, very professional he replaced the springs, rollers, cables and rebalanced the door. He even replaced a light bulb on the door opener. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended their service. He told us what to look for in terms of maintenance going forward. When he left all our questions had been answered. Will use this company again!first class.

We sent an email at 7:30 in the morning requesting service for the needed repairs. At 9:00 we received a call scheduling an appointment. By 10:30 that morning the two technicians had arrived and by noon all of the work had been done.
