We made a called today, to schedule appointment to have our garage door for it needed some adjustments. And the service Frank 7 Cassidy, was very helpful making sure he explained everything that the saw and have kind of repairs was needed. Ryan was knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what was needed to fix the problem and did not try to sell me anything more. I thought I might need a new door and he gave me his expert opinion of it's life and condition. Anyone else might have taken that opportunity to run up my bill. Our technician called the same day I called for service and asked permission to come an hour earlier than we were scheduled. I was thrilled to be able to get on with my day. He rang the doorbell and spent time talking about what I wanted. I noticed he was clean cut,well groomed and polite. He spent time evaluating my existing system and made recommendations. He replaced my steel rollers with vinyl ones and I am happy. He left a sticker on my door and I will call again if issues arise in the future. Thank you precision door service.
