I called Precision because we have a Precision garage door opener. I was pleased that they came the same day and even earlier than promised. Hayden was professional and kind and solved the problem of the door not staying closed in just a few minutes. He also relubricated the joints, wheels and bar where the chain runs (sorry, I lack the proper terminology). Thanks for everything!!
