Our garage door opener broke so we called Precision Garage Door. They scheduled a service call for us within 2 hours. The technician called about 10 minutes later and offered to come early and was here within 20 minutes. He installed a new opener quickly and programmed everything for us. We would definitely call them again if and when our other door opener fails.

Very good experience. Crew was professional and quick with the work. Came out the morning I made a reservation on-line. I spent a lot more than I was anticipating, but I had a few other repairs made in addition to the broken torsion spring, and I had not had garage door work done in a few years so I guess that is just what it costs now.

My garage door would not open so I looked online for someone to repair it. I found Precision has a 5-star rating so I gave them a call. To my pleasant surprise they scheduled an appointment that same day in the late afternoon. An hour or so later I received a call from the Tech asking if he could come earlier. George arrived soon afterward. I explained the symptoms (the door was down but was trying to close, rather than open) and what I had done prior to calling Precision. He began to immediately examine the opener. After about 10-15 minutes, he called me into the garage and explained what he had found and what he had done to correct it. He had made one major adjustment and then lubricated all the hinges and rollers. This vastly improved the operation of the door over how it worked before it quit working earlier that day. Since there were no parts to be replaced, George charged me for only the service call. This kind of service checks all the boxes: fast response to my call, quickly correcting the problem, and a very reasonable cost. Thanks Precision! I'll keep your number handy for when I need any other service to my garage door.

I called for an annual tuneup because I thought the door wasn't being controlled enough by the motor and chain. The servicemen said there wasn't much they could do about that, but they said it was a very noisy unit, and there were much quieter units available. I accepted their quote to install a Genie unit and it is wonderful! It opens and closes with barely a whisper! The installation by a supervised trainee was done promptly and cleanly. I am a satified customer.
