Garage opener replaced. The coil broke trapping our cars inside and door too heavy to lift. They were here within an hour of my call. Tim and associate were very professional and explained all that needed to be done.

It took calling back twice before a person answered and was able to schedule my appointment. Both times I called I did have to wait. The first time I called I ended up hanging up because the wait was too long. However, once my appointment was made we could not have been more pleased. The technician called the very next morning to let us know he was on his way. He installed our new opener, keypad, etc., with ease and efficiency. Took time to explain everything. He was a very professional, knowledgeable young man. I would certainly use Precision in the future and recommend them as well.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service after researching all other companies in the area. Reggie Davis was the technician assigned to us and we could not be more pleased. He was actually 10 minutes early for our appointment (after first calling us to say he would be early). We were very impressed with his knowledge and also his professional demeanor. He was neat and clean, finished the job quickly, cleaned up after himself, and then made sure we understood how everything he installed worked.
