Jeremiah Sheppard was my installer for my new garage door opener. He was actually early for the appointment. He called me to ask if he could arrive 30 minutes early. He was very personable, polite, and professional. The installation went flawlessly. He took the old garage door opener with him, he cleaned up any debris and fully explained my new garage door opener. He also assisted me with the My Q app and adjusted the camera on the unit. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process.

The day after Christmas 2023 our large garage door stopped working. It was clearly broken. I called Precision and they came out the same day. Colton Coffell was our technician. Great, great service. Garage door actually broken with both cars "trapped " in the garage at 10:00 at night. At 8:20 the next morning, the repairman was repairing my door and I was off to work. The cost of the repair was quite reasonable. What a lifesaver! Thanks.

I found the company in the Mint Magazine and called to get an estimate and they were the most friendly and provided a rough estimate for repair. The technician, Chad, was very professional and friendly. He offered several options but did not do a hard sell of any of the options.

The company was rude to me and could not help without a promise of more money up front. I saw the add for Precision in the Mint magazine. When I called I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was able to get a tech to me the same day. The young man was pleasant, timely, and precise. When I described the symptoms he knew exactly what the solution should be. He corrected the problems and made sure everything was working, including my car remote. Very pleased with the service. Precision door is a great company. I do not have a need often for garage door companies, but, my spring broke today and a technician showed up the same day. The price of the springs was more than I would have expected but seemingly on par for this type of repair. Kaleb was great and very helpful. Efficient to say the least.
