I had a great experience with Tim and Brian today. They were able to fit me in earlier than expected. Diagnosed the problem quickly- weren’t pushy about their recommendations. Fixed the issue in a timely manner, explained the new equipment and explained how to register the equipment for the warranty. Precision process was super easy from start to finish!

Kaleb was wonderful to work with when our garage door opener needed to be replaced. He was professional, informative, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Precision for repairs and replacements! We got our full 30 years out of the previous opener thanks to their repair services in the past.

I've used these guys twice now, once to align the sensors and now to get the garage door open. The 24-year-old motor burned out and the emergency release cord wouldn't release. The tech, Kaleb, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Thankfully, he got the door open without having to rip it off the building (my plan). He cut a small hole in the door where he could reach in and un-bind the release arm. It was seriously jammed. The hole is minimal and patchable. And I still have a door that goes up and down while I budget for a new one.

From the moment I made the phone call to check and see if they had any appointments available for repair on a Saturday. Everyone was professional and courteous and very responsive Walter the technician was amazing. He explained everything, checked everything and provided the cost in advance. Once he completed, replacing the springs, rollers and motor he explained what he did how it works and showed us the owners manual and explain the new keypad. He was very professional, and patient with me with all my questions.

Precision was great. My garage door wouldn't open and was making a terribly loud sound. I called Precision right away and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Jason was my technician and he diagnosed the problem right away. He gave me some options for repair or replace. I chose to replace with the new Genie Pro 3120 WIFI since my garage motor was 20 years old. Not only did he do an excellent job installing it but he also went through everything about it and helped me connect my car link system and my keypad controller. He was very nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and informative. He also explained various hazards associated with replacing certain parts of the garage door mechanics which I appreciated. This is the third time I've used Precision (once was for a door check and the second time was a broken spring) and each time they have arrived on time, sent a very knowledgeable and friendly technician and resolved my problem. As far as price I feel they are no more expensive than any other garage door company.

We were very pleased with the work of Chad on the repair of our garage door. He called to let us know he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He was polite and when he had completed the job, asked us if we had any questions, and if we needed anything further to not hesitate to give Precision Garage Door Service a call.

I called for help programming the Homelink system in my car to the garage door opener. Seemed simple but apparently was not... Precision sent a technician (Hayden) out the same day who resolved the issue. In addition he answered programming questions regarding the outside keypad that opens the door and completed a safety checklist for the door opening system. I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Precision Door.
