I called for help programming the Homelink system in my car to the garage door opener. Seemed simple but apparently was not... Precision sent a technician (Hayden) out the same day who resolved the issue. In addition he answered programming questions regarding the outside keypad that opens the door and completed a safety checklist for the door opening system. I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Precision Door.

Called mid morning for service on our garage door that would not open. Advised that technician’s arrival time was between 2 and 4. Hayden arrived at 2:45, quickly diagnosed and explained to us the problem. While performing the service (new springs) he did a check of the entire door, he pointed out other issues that needed attention. After entire job was done he went over everything in detail. Advised if we had any issues to call. We were extremely pleased with the work he performed. Would highly recommend Percision to others. Hayden also deserves KUDOS for a job well done.

My door was not closing properly at only 4 1/2 years old ( new build). The builder grade hardware for the door was wearing out, Booked Precision Sunday night for a Monday afternoon window Wes called me about 15 minutes before arrival and installed new spring and door rollers. I had used Precision Door a few years ago to replace springs in my double garage door. Recently the spring on my small door broke and I contacted them again. I was told someone could be there within an hour to two hours. Wesly called me when he was 30 minutes away. Upon arrival he went over the options I could select for the repairs. Once we agreed he went to work a repaired the door. In addition, he was professional and friendly and did a great job. I had to compliment him on his work. It is so hard to find people with a good attitude and work ethic. Thanks.

I heard about Precision Garage door from the Nextdoor app, and they came highly recommended throughout my neighborhood! Dalton and Mitchell were AWESOME! You cannot ask for better technicians to come out to your home! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and hard-working, they did an outstanding job changing out my garage door opener, new springs, rollers, remote controls, exterior keypad and other necessary hardware. We recently moved up here to this area and I could tell the garage door had never been serviced. It now runs so quiet you can hardly hear it! Today was the second day my garage door would not close. Having had an extremely busy week and day that still included several errands I could not do since I could not get garage to close, I was extremely frustrated and anxious. It just so happened the Mint magazine was in my mailbox today also. So I started flipping through. First call could not get here until tomorrow afternoon (even though they advertised same day appts). Second call, no one had actually picked up my call but then I flipped the page and saw Precision advertisement and hung up that call to call Precision. I had seen their ads before. So I promptly called. The sweet and calm young lady who answered could sense my frustration and she was vey quick and calm and told me she’d have someone here between 4-6 pm TODAY! That was only 2 hours later. She was very kind and professional. And to my surprise; I got a call from Dalton at 2:48 asking if he and Mitchell could come earlier! They were here by 3. Thinking they would probably only be replacing the sensors; I pointed out a few other things I’d noticed and they educated me on some things they noted during their inspection. They ended up replacing the sensors, the wall mount buttons, the wheels in the tracks, the coil things in top ends (can’t remember what they are called) they repaired and reinforced the arm connection to the garage door and a few other things! No pressure; they left these things up to me. I asked if they had the time and parts required and they did so I said let’s do it since you are here now. They were all done in just over an hour! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and understanding. Good employees are very hard to find these days it seems; but Dalton and Mitchel are extremely amazing! They are the type of employees you want representing your company. I truly enjoyed and trusted them and their work! Thank you so much!!

This was an excellent experience. The sales person was courteous and professional. Every thing he explained was done to the letter. The crew called ahead and showed up on time. These guys work like a well oiled machine. This was an entire garage door installation from scratch and they were done in less than three hours. They cleaned up after themselves. When they were done they showed me how to use and program the remotes. The only things they left were a happy customer and a garage door that operates flawlessly.
