Precision's technician Wes did an excellent job of explaining options available to fix our garage door. Due to the door opener's age we opted to get a whole new opener. His work was thorough and he patiently explained all of the new opener's features. He cleaned up his work area afterward and explained the warranties, etc. Very pleased with the job he did. I called Precision with my door problem on Monday at 4 PM and by 5 PM today the garage had a new opener! Wow! What service!

Tim was very courteous and professional. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to confirm his arrival time and he arrived exactly 30 minutes later.
