When my garage door opener failed to operate correctly, I called Precision Door. The technician, Brian arrived at the appointed time and went to work troubleshooting the problem. Technician Riley arrived at the scheduled time. He experienced the issues I had opening and closing the garage door with the new opener that was installed eight months ago. He quickly identified the issue: vibration had loosened bolts that caused the sensitive computer in the unit to cause problems. He tightened the bolts and the problem was solved...and at no charge to me.

Within 15 minutes he inspected the damage and gave me a quote which I thought was fair, and he started to work.
