We have used Precision Overhead Door in the past to replace the springs and were pleased with the service. When our 20+ year old door opener went out, we called to have it evaluated for repair or replacement. Hayden was very thorough in his evaluation and recommended replacement, which we did. We also decided to replace the 38-year-old garage door. Dan did the installation of the door as soon as it came in. As with Hayden, he arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done. Both techs were knowledgeable, personable and thorough.

Review: Your technician Wes Texas was very informative, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me. He immediately came in and assessed the issues and gave me a thorough briefing on each of the problems areas he saw. He fully explained each step he took to complete my service. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to get the job done on this extremely hot day. I can’t think you and him enough for the professional, quality service I received.

My opener acted like it was in a bind. The technician said he could get the replacement parts or replace the unit. I had a new unit installed and it’s amazing how quieter the new unit is. I’m very happy and impressed with the work my technician did.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment. It so happened they could come out the same afternoon. The young man that came out was very courteous as I explained my situation as the caregiver for my wife and that I wasn't sure if I had the time right then for the service. He explained what he needed to do, that it wouldn't take that long and for me to take my time in what I needed to do. And he kept his promise. Everything was done and explained to me and I couldn't have been more pleased. Granted, my issue wasn't a critical repair, but it was important to me that it be addressed. Excellent communication via phone and email with the office. Kudos to Precision Door!
