Fantastic service. Frank was excellent, answered all my questions and gave me a quick tutorial on what to keep my eye on in the future to avoid other problems. I originally called for a broken spring and ended up with a more complete tuneup that included new bearings and nylon rollers. I am definitely not going to find a noisy neighbor sign hung on my garage door now.

Wes Texas was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and knew everything inside and out about garage systems and how they work. Would 100% recommend not only him but this entire company to anybody I know! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was hilarious. Felt like I could talk to him for hours. Totally disappointed! First of all chatting with the rep on line i wasnt tild that they only have Genie products! I was then told i have two choice both were 550 each with a lifetime warranty so we said ok he cane back to the garage and said this door is not in good shape we can out the opener on at 550 but can only give you a two year warranty! Now why would i pay 550 for a two year warranty instead of a lifetime warranty real ! So needless to say charged me the service fee if 49.00 please be aware ! Was her less than 15 mins and iam out if 49.00 and mind you this company came out years ago to fix the veru dame garage door’ ism just saying needless to say no new opener installed calling another company

I called for an appt. The technician was at my house in 2 hours. He articulated the problems. We agreed on the repairs. It took him about 2 hours for the repairs. Technician was always checking on my satisfaction. This is the 2nd time I've used Precision and would choose no other. Quality plus!

This was my first time ever having to use a garage door repair company. I went on google to find a garage door repair company and Precision door came up with some other repair companies, but for some reason I chose Precision and I thank God I did. I called them on Monday afternoon and they sent someone out on Tuesday at 3:30 pm. Not only was that a fast appointment but the technician came a little early (Michael) and look at our problem. He not only look at the problem and fixed the problem , he explained what he can do so we would not have that problem again. I loved everything about Precision Door and the professional technician (Michael) that they sent over. If you ever need a garage door repair please , please call Precision Door.
