Andrew did an absolutely amazing job repairing my garage door spring when it broke yesterday. He was courteous and professional and went the extra mile getting a new spring system installed in spite of the shelving I have right above the garage door. Most technicians would have told me to remove the shelving and walked away. But he demonstrated a talent and ingenuity to get the job done that I rarely see in service techs nowadays. While the situation isn't ideal to have your garage door motor go out, Precision was there within 45 minutes of my call in the evening. Connor was very respectful and made sure to check the unit needed full replacement before making recommendations. Very pleased with the service and process.

Tech was on time for an estimate for a complete garage door and opener replacement. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, the estimate has numerous problems: 1) $2000 higher than next closest estimate 2) included a much higher cost upgraded opener with features that were unwanted, not disclosed, and not discussed. 3) separate costs for items like rails were not disclosed or discussed until received in the estimate. I ended up going with another company that offered the exact same brands and models and features for over $2000 less.

Michael G. arrived right on schedule and checked out my current door opener. I had a list of questions ready to ask him about and he responded to every one with explainations. After a very detailed discussion he assisted me in deciding to install a new unit rather than trying a fix (the orig. unit was about 18 years old). I then selected which model I wanted, and Michael went to work on installing the new unit. He is a hard worker and worked quickly to get me up and running. I liked Michael very much and felt safe and comfortable having him in my home. Your company should be proud of having such a pleasant, personable and experienced person in your employ! I would recommend your company based on Michaels performance and personal characteristics!

Precision Garage Door is the best. At noon today the cable on my garage door broke and the springs continued To Push door causing rails to bend. I called Precision Garage Door. By 2pm Lavoris Harris was here. He basically replaced my rails, rollers, pulleys and springs. A new system and was done by 4:30. Best level of service I have received in a long time Call Precision Door. You"ll be happy

I called Friday and a repairman, Connor, came out about 7:30 that night. He was thorough in his inspection and explained what needed to be done to have my garage door working. He came out today to do the repair work. I am so happy with the results. Connor was such a wonderful person to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. We used Precision to install new Garage doors openers (Aladdin Genie) in Dec 2023. I've had 2 issues with the opener since and the service has been prompt and amazing. Each tech that has been to our house has been courteous and gone above and beyond in making sure the issue is fixed.

We purchased a Precision air conditioner a couple of years. Our garage door wasn't working so we contacted them again Your serviceman Drew arrived to correct the situation, which was a broken spring. He was very pleasant, polite and well mannered. He worked very hard and kept us up to date on how these were going. He was probably there 4 hours and he did an excellent job. When he was finished, Drew went over everything he did and was very proud of it. That told me he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. The price was,$1,700, not cheap but I knew this work would last quite awhile. He's a great asset to your company and takes his work seriously. He's one-in-a-million! Take care of him because he will reward your company
