I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Garage Door Service to anyone that needs their type of service. I called to set up an appointment to have my garage door repaired. Kyle Daley came out in about two hours to do the repair. He was very professional and knew his job well. He explained everything that needed to be done. Kyle was very courteous and respectful. Precision Garage Door is very lucky to have a nice young man like Kyle on their team. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH PRECISION GARAGE DOOR!!!!! Thank you Marsha Beville

We called this morning to setup an appointment to have the garage door checked over as it had started to make noises. A service tech, Conor, was able to come out the same afternoon. Conor was a true professional. He listened to our concerns and then looked everything over. He replaced the old rollers with new nylon rollers at a competitive price. He lubricated everything. We now have a smooth, quiet door! He pointed out that in the near future the next thing we maybe looking to consider was changing the cable pulley bearings. So we asked for an estimate which he gave us. We will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Nic was very informative, kind, thoughtful and professional. He lubricated my doors made proper adjustments and showed operation and maintenance. He even showed me the type of battery in my remotes. There are not many like him! Please consider giving him a big raise. He even talked about AC&DC motors with the different models. This is the truth. This is not fake. Please consider his future. I usually don’t comment, but he is worth it!

Kalen is a great technician! He came out on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener and gave me a free estimate. Had we not been moving I would have definitely had him perform the garage door opener replacement. Although, I will definitely use and recommend Precision Garage Door Service for our new home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael from Precision Garage Door Service, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service he provided. From the moment he arrived, Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He serviced our garage door keypad and went above and beyond to ensure the entire system was running smoothly. Michael took the time to explain everything he was doing and kept me fully informed throughout the process, which was greatly appreciated. He was meticulous in his work, tightening cables and bolts, and made sure the garage door was properly aligned on the track and closing as it should. His expertise really showed, and I felt confident that my garage door was in great hands. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and their fantastic team, especially Michael. I chose Precision because I am fed up with my current garage door company. I have had the same issue 3 times. The garage door opener is 3 years old. I should’ve had that many issues with the travel module. The technician that came by was courteous, professional and very helpful.
