Andrew was very thorough. He quickly resolved the problem with our remote keypad and in addition identified and resolved issues with the function of the garage door that had been annoying but not sufficiently so as to have required a separate call for maintenance. The door and remote keypad are now functioning well.

My initial request was for a repair; however, additional issues were discovered, and I ended up having to replace the garage opener all together... I HAVE ZERO REGRETS!!! Our garage door was getting stuck half way down when closing even when the motor was disengaged it would not close. Called Precision as they were willing to come the same day. They do come out quickly. However, I think $940 to replace the springs are over priced. Plus the technical tried to sale me a whole list of things. If it had not been an emergency, I would have gone somewhere else!

June/2022, Precision Doors installed 2 new Genie motors as well as all rails, and anything else need to do a complete install. Recently, one door started a clicking, and other made a jaring sound when opening. On 10/29, I called. Next appointment available was 10/30 , would not meet my schedule, so appointment made for 10/31, between 8-12. Later received note change to 8-10. At approximately 8:00, Tim the technician texted, and arrived at 8:27. 5 rating for punctuality He assessed my complaint and quickly started to determine problem. Explained in detail cost and how long job would take. 5 rating for professional Explanation Did not waste time and I was extremely satisfied. 5 rating for Satisfaction.
