I called precision because I had a broken spring in my garage door. They were at my home within three hours. Their technician Drew was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He replaced my springs and several other parts that had worn out over the years. I don’t remember my garage door operating as quietly as it does now. I highly recommend precision for your garage door repairs.

My brother had used Precision Door Service in the past and was pleased with your promptness, thoroughness, and excellent staff and so, when a spring broke on my garage door, he called your company. Tyler came the same day we called and was, in fact, a little early. He pointed out the broken spring and checked the door for other areas that needed attention. He had the springs, rollers and adjustable orb replaced in less than an hour. I appreciated him checking for possible issues. I love my garage and want to keep my garage door working!

I had broken spring on my double hurricane reinforced garage door. Scheduled Monday 0800 service. Making appointment online was effortless and convenient. Cameron called when he was en route and showed up on time. He was courteous, polite and professional. He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done as well as options. He did so with the heart of a teacher rather than that of a salesman. He expeditiously performed the needed repairs and patiently explained everything. He is definitely in the top 1% of technicians/craftsmen I have had over the years. A credit to Precision. Any company would be fortunate to have him represent them.

Unfortunately, my wife drove our vehicle through our garage door at 3:05 pm. I called Precision Door Service because I am a previous customer so I know they do a great job. They managed to get a technician to our home later that evening and he determined he would need additional assistance so he would return in the morning. Three technicians arrived at our home right on schedule, removed the old door and then put the gasrage panels back on temporarily until a new door could be replaced in two days. All three technicians were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Tim and Daniel were early for my appointment. After walking through my issues and inspecting the door, they explained what was needed and provided a detailed quote. They answered my questions and worked quickly when the scope of work was agreed upon. They explained the work done and explained the operation of the new opener. Overall I am satisfied with Precision. I had an appointment with a competitor (previous owner used to install at my home). They were unable to address my request for 4-5 days. I called Precision and was provided same day service. Nathan contacted me prior to arrival with ETA and was professional, courteous, and able to address my issues. The only drawback was the cost was a little higher than the competitor's price. Yet for same day service and overall service received it was worth the extra expenses.

Decided garage door needed service after the door kept stalling when closing. Called around noon and tech on site by 230, same day service, very impressive. Tech listen to issue, saw it happen and went to work. 2 new sensors, lubrication of track wheel, and adding struts to lower garage door panel, up and running fine again.

I was very pleased with the service and Kalen. He seemed thorough with his inspection and safety check. The repairs consisted of 2 new 120lb double loop green springs and cables on a single door. The parts and labor were $647.00. My only complaint is that this charge is extremely high. The springs and cables can retail for between $100-$200. And the labor should not be more than $200. He was here for a total of a little more than one hour for the whole inspection and repair, start to finish. On top of that the general maintenance charge was $189, minus a military discount. Please explain the excessive total charges for this job. I appreciate an A plus company and your excellent service and prompt timing, and I understand that in today's world you have to charge competitive prices to stay in business and provide good service, but I'm not pleased with the high charges for the springs/cables parts and labor. Thank you
