Great customer experience! The springs snapped on our garage door Saturday afternoon. Called Precision and was able to have a door professional make the repairs early the next day-Sunday!! Ron was wonderful and reviewed the recommended repairs with us and completed the task within a reasonable timeframe. Immediate professional confirmation via text of the appointment once it was set & tech texted me 30 minutes prior to arriving. I am preparing my house to sell and wouldn’t you know, my garage door lock and handle blew up today. My door is manual with a tee handle and lock combo. I called several places today and Precision was the only one to schedule me for today. I received a pre-visit call from Chad letting me know his arrival time. I could go on but let’s just say he exceeded my expectations and got the parts delivered while he waited. The new lock works great, I am very pleased with chad’s service. As an aside I do have one issue. While perusing their website I found a 10% discount that I wasn’t made aware of. Sure wish I had the discount applied.
