What great friendly service from Wesley the tech! I called to have my springs replaced on a SATURDAY and Precision came the same day and unbelievably amazing they called and were able to make it an hour earlier than their appointment which I very much appreciated. He also checked all door components to make sure they were working correctly and lubricated everything. I would definitely recommend Precision and I will be using them for many future needs.

We had used Precision in the past and always had great service and good advice on products and needed service. Our door wasn't operating properly (gaps on one side and making noise when opening and closing). I called precision at 1:00 and was advised they would be there between 2:00 and 4:00 same day. I got a call saying when they would be there at 3:00. The service by the Precision team was perfect. They made adjustmenst, lubricated all that need it and were done promptly all at a very reasonable price. Thanks Precision.

Outstanding, timely and very professional service. The technician performed a pre-inspection of my garage door and all working parts. This has to be 1 of the easiest repairs we have had done on this home. We had our 2 springs replaced. I say easiest because of the Technician: Wesley Texas. He was the most informative and hard working guy. You can tell this guy loves his job. I wish all workers had his attitude. He did an excellent job and when he was done, asked if we had any questions. He showed us how to work our Main Remote on the wall. We have been here 3 years & didn't know half the stuff he showed us. Wow! Also, the price was very good as we have had springs replaced before. You guys were out in less than 24 hours. We will recommend you to everyone. We found your company 2 ways. 1 was from your Mailer. The other was a site called Nextdoor. This is where people comment on the service they have received, all of it was good! Thanks for your service!

I called and to my surprise they were at my house two hours later to give me an estimate to replace my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and we scheduled the installation. Today they showed up 15 minutes early (yes, I said early) and completed the installation and it looks great. Very professional from start to finish.

Chance and Kodi arrived 15 minutes early for the install and got right to work. They were both pleasant and professional. They were neat and orderly and organized. They kept me updated and apprised throughout the process. They had me inspect and approve the completed work before signing the final invoice. AND they finished the job in two hours! My husband and I were very pleased, and we would highly recommend these two gentlemen!

Very pleased with Precision. They had a tech here within an hour of my calling the office to request repair of a broken garage door spring. The tech was highly skilled, polite, and had the job done quickly. He called my attention to some wear on the drive belt between the motor unit and the belt pulley, even though they don't service that part. Would definitely recommend Precision to others.
