I received a timely appointment to have my garage door repaired. Reggie (the technician) was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to complete the repair and the cost. He also explained routine maintenance. I was very pleased and will be definitely updating my current garage opener.

Well reviewed, was never offered a choice garage door openers why? Work was explained and completed quickly. My garage door opener suffered some form of electrical surge. Surprised that a surge protector was not offered.

Responsive, prompt and courteous service. Our service technician, Nate, is excellent. He quickly diagnosed our garage door's problems, efficiently went to work, and quickly corrected the issue, while explaining what and why at every step of the process. The Safety Report he provided afterwards detailed and informative. We will definitely call Precision when we need garage door service again in the future. We will also recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

Dalton was my technician that came out. When I originally called I thought it was something else I need replaced. Dalton was a sweetheart he explained to me my issue he fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. He is definitely a people person we had a great conversation. Appointment was 11/14/2022 to replace a broken garage door spring. Reggie Davis was the technician. He showed up on time, actually 15 minutes early, after calling to let me know he was on the way. Reggie explained what needed to be done and the costs involved. He did not try to up-sale me. He was respectful of our property (He had to work around one vehicle that was trapped in the garage) and he showed appropriate concerns about safety. He explained the process of balancing the door to the new springs and he explained what I should do in the future to keep the door working properly. Reggie was very professional and courteous. He is a great representative for Precision Garage Door Service. I would not hesitate to call Precision again, but hopefully not anytime soon. When I was younger I might have tried this as a DIY project but I recognized that this repair could be dangerous and one that was best left to a professional. I am glad that I did.

Reggie Davis would be a credit to any organization but lucky for us he works at precision door. Our garage spring broke Saturday we called around 11:00 and it was repaired by 4:00. No motion was wasted with the work being done quickly with a surgeons precision. The price was a fair price to have my garage up and running the same day.
