KB Beylan was very professional. He has pointed out some benefits of changing some worn out parts which will prolong the usage of the garage door and also quickly discovered current issues we had with the door. Outstanding service!! Called around 2:00pm to set up a time to fix my 2 car garage door on a Friday afternoon before a 3 day holiday weekend. The person set an appointment between 4-6 pm that day for someone to be out to fix the problem. Tim ( exceptional service tech ) called within a hour and said we would be able to be there early. I rarely have repair personal work quickly and professionally at my house. He explain clearly the options I had…once approved he accomplished the work quickly not missing anything and 45 minutes later I have a garage door back in action working better that ever. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARAGE DOORS OF JACKSONVILLE!!!

Wesley arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and was finished in 90 minutes installing a new garage door opener. He was polite, courteous and very professional. He explained everything and also removed the old garage door parts. Precision Door is amazing!

Precision Garage Doors was selected over other companies because I had used them previously and because of their ad in Money Magazine and reviews listed. Chad was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained why the garage door opener needed to be replaced if I wanted to use a remote opener. He offered me two options and explained the warranty on both. He also explained maintenance and what should be replaced later. This company has competitive prices and their service cannot be beat. .
