Cameron was my technician that came out. I was having so many problems with my mom’s garage key fob. I had Overhead door garage company come 3 times and still was having problems. Cameron was great he replaced the motor and explained why we were having so many Problems. Cameron replaced the motor and the key Fob and was such a nice gentleman. He over exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend This company.

We upgraded our three garage door openers with modern Bluetooth and Wi-Fi units controlled by our phones. System works beautifully. The service was very prompt and courteous. Extremely happy with the product and the service. We had a minor issue after the system was installed, and it was addressed immediately by the technician. Highly recommend this company.

Colton's professionalism and knowledge was very instrumental in our decision to replace the the motor unit and the fact that he handled the job without us having to wait another day was very much appreciated. Being senior citizens, the recent passing of our son, and my husband recently diagnosed with A-Fib, there was no way we could have replaced the unit by ourselves. Kudos to Colton for a job well done! And, Colton even made sure we understood how everthing worked including having paired the remotes to the unit. It was a very smooth transaction.

The technician, Rey, called when he was on his way, and arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, professional, and explained everything in terms that were simple for my wife and I to understand. He worked with us to come up with a repair solution that got the job done inside of our budget, and the repair was completed in about an hour. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville, but I will readily recommend them to anyone who asks, and they will be my first call (or click) next time I have a garage door issue!
