I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

Great, on time even called to give me an arrival time update and could arrive a few minutes early which almost never happens. Assessed problem with the door and explained it to me.
