My husband and I greatly appreciated how quickly your company sent a technician to our home. Our technician, Riley, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. He took time to explain, in terms I could understand, about the mechanics of the system, what was wrong with our old system, and what was needed to repair. The information he provided was thorough and helped my husband and I to determine what was best for us, and for our home. Monday September 29th I went to open my garage door. Did not open but maybe three inches. I called Precision Garage and within 40 minutes Camran was at my front door. He was a perfect gentleman!! He looked things over and showed me what needed to be fixed. He gave me the estimate and began to work. He was very knowledgeable and maybe 50 minutes later was done. I found their add in the Clipp! This was my first time using Precision and use them whenever I have a problem in the future! Thank you very much Precision!!!
