Scheduled my Precision Garage Service online which was very easy and made an appointment for the next day. Jeff was my technician and was prompt, very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. Highly recommend Jeff and will request him again if the need arises. Jeff is an excellent representative for Precision.

I was unsure if I needed to replace my garage door opener so I called Precision to see if they could assist. Not only did they provide same-say service but they sent out a technician earlier than what I was expecting for the window I was told. When the technician arrived on site he was helpful, courteous, not overly pushy and generally seemed to want the best for us. After talking, we decided to get a new garage door opener and were more than happy with the service and quality. We learned about the company through word of mouth and am so glad we did.
