In this case, Kaleb King was an exemplary representative of your organization. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered our questions completely and concisely. He didn't deliver a 'hard pitch' to upsell us on additional equipment/services, but instead, provided us with valid information that allowed us to make the decision to replace some of the system hardware. I was in Hotel operations and sales for 30+ years. Kaleb displayed the high level of customer service, sound communication skills and polished professionalism I would look for in my employees. My garage door would not open so I looked online for someone to repair it. I found Precision has a 5-star rating so I gave them a call. To my pleasant surprise they scheduled an appointment that same day in the late afternoon. An hour or so later I received a call from the Tech asking if he could come earlier. George arrived soon afterward. I explained the symptoms (the door was down but was trying to close, rather than open) and what I had done prior to calling Precision. He began to immediately examine the opener. After about 10-15 minutes, he called me into the garage and explained what he had found and what he had done to correct it. He had made one major adjustment and then lubricated all the hinges and rollers. This vastly improved the operation of the door over how it worked before it quit working earlier that day. Since there were no parts to be replaced, George charged me for only the service call. This kind of service checks all the boxes: fast response to my call, quickly correcting the problem, and a very reasonable cost. Thanks Precision! I'll keep your number handy for when I need any other service to my garage door.

I called for an annual tuneup because I thought the door wasn't being controlled enough by the motor and chain. The servicemen said there wasn't much they could do about that, but they said it was a very noisy unit, and there were much quieter units available. I accepted their quote to install a Genie unit and it is wonderful! It opens and closes with barely a whisper! The installation by a supervised trainee was done promptly and cleanly. I am a satified customer.

It was a pleasured to have my garage door serviced by Mr. W. Schneider (Certified Tech) from Precision Door Service Co. Mr. Schneider examined the garage door in details, then gave me the work planed and the cost which I agreed. He then installed the Spring Pad Wood, the Bottom Seal, and also sprayed the lubricant on all the moving parts on my garage door. Technician was very professional. But, the company only works on Genie openers. I explained that I have a Liftmaster when requesting a service. They are real good repairing a door or hardware but not the liftmaster opener. Lost me as a customer for openers. I would recommend if you need a Genie. No service performed, due to not working on my products.

Precision Door did a fantastic job of analyzing my needs and giving me a complete run down of what I would need to replace a 27-year old door and inoperable opener. Within three days The crew of two hard-working installers led by Chance, were at my door ahead of time. They completed the project in 2.5 hours and cleaned up their work.
