Everything about Precession was top notch. The initial sale consult with Mark and his trainee Matt was awesome. I asked for quotes on an insulated steel Haas 664 and full view Amarr Vista. Mark listened to what I was wanting to do and then shared his ideas. Enjoyed chatting with Matt, you could tell he was eager to learn. In the end went with the full view Amarr doors and very happy I did. High quality, beautiful doors! Mark was the only sale guy when he quoted me wanted to ensure that my framing and padding was installed correctly before ordering the doors. He wanted to ensure the install would be perfect. He was a no pressure, no bs guy, very laid back which matched my style. Once the doors were ordered, I had a few questions and Ariel communicated with me quickly when I emailed her. The installation crew was great. Dan and Ronnie were top notch. Blow away at how quickly they had the doors installed. This was a brand new install for two doors and they were done in 3 hours. Once they were installed Michelle in finance was very kind and helpful as well. The doors and service was top notch, but the price was thousands less than competitors. All in all, I am extremely happy I decided to call Precision. Added update photos on 1/6/2026 that show the final install and the reflective film installed on the windows.

Noah was perfect. Professional, timely and did a great job. Replaced both springs, added safety line, weather stripping and programmed the remotes. Made the entire repair easy. Didn't like spending the money, but knowing a Professional on the job made me feel better.

Jeff installed my new garage door opener. He did an exemplary job, very professionally, in a succinct amount of time. He also was able to save me some money on the installation. He took the time to explain to me how to operate it correctly and what to do if I ever have any problems with it. He explained the warranty to me, as well. He was very thorough.

I used Precision to install a new garage door opener 7 years ago and it's operated fine since then. However, on the afternoon of Dec 31st it would no longer close without holding the control button. I was very pleased that their service person, Noah, was at my door within 90". He checked out the system and found that the sensors had failed. Bottom line, from phone call to completion of the fix was only about 2.5 hours. I am very happy with the timeliness and efficiency of the service.

Have worked with Precision before and the experience was very positive. Someone was here within two hours of when I called and it's New Years Eve. Today's technician (Jeff) was polite and knowledgeable. He replaced all worn and broken parts and had the door up and running in a little over an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them if there are problems in the future
