Service was great. Called First thing in the morning. They came out the same day within a couple of hrs. Sean Smith came within the given time, looked at the repair needed, gave me an estimated time and cost. told him to go ahead with the work. He had to go back to the shop and get some parts that he needed, but got back when he said he would. Within the hour he was done with the repair and everything is running smoothly. Great job. Would recommend.

Jeremiah was professional, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to explain my options for a new opener as well as walked me through the entire process as he installed the new one. After the service was completed, he did a full review of the new unit with me to ensure I understood everything and even performed protective maintenance on my door before leaving. The new opener is awesome and a major improvement over my old chain-driven model. I will definitely use Precision again based on this positive experience.

5 stars for EXCELLENT service, performed 6/22/2015. The office responded to my phone message promptly, making an appointment for next business day. The Technician was Jeremiah, who phoned in advance to advise of his arrival; he even arrived slightly early due to favorable traffic. He was appropriately dressed, polite, knowledgeable and informative, explaining everything as he went along. My door had several issues that needed to be addressed, and he handled them all quickly and efficiently. Not only do I highly recommend them; I used them because a neighbor down the street had had an entire garage door and system installed last year and he enthusiastically recommended PDS to me.

I received same day service even though it was not an emergency. Bill, the technician was very personable and honest. I thought I needed a new bottom seal on my door but after examining it, Bill said it still was in very good condition. He reshaped it and adjusted it a bit and there are no more leaks. He could have replaced it and charged me even though it was not needed but he show great integrity and saved me that money. He lubed all my door parts and the motor as they were making noises. This is my second experience with Precision and I have been very pleased each time. I will continue to call them for my garage door needs and to recommend them to my friends and neighbors as well. Thanks to Bill for being prompt, courteous, friendly and above all maintaining the integrity of your company.

Found Precision on Angie's List with very good ratings and recommendations. Great responsiveness ... called at about noon and the technician, Devin Malle, arrived at about 3:30! He quickly analyzed the problem and recommended appropriate solutions at various price ranges. Once a solution was chosen, Devin quickly and expertly made the repairs. He was very polite and clearly explained both the problem and solutions. Overall, it was a great service experience and I would highly recommend Precision.

I called this morning and they had a tech out the same day. Jason was our Tech to "tune up" our garage door. He did a fantastic job !! He took the time to explain how the different parts of the garage door worked. He also advised what we could do to help maintain the condition of the door. When it is time to replace the spring we will be calling Jason and Precision Door service !!!!

Tim was fantastic. Bottom line.... Our garage door didn't work. Springs snapped, rollers were too loud, and fried the motor. Needed all new stuff. Tim gave us our options and did not pressure us. We chose the lifetime warranty packages. We are very happy with our purchase and installation.

Tim arrived as scheduled and had called to confirm the appointment. He inspected my garage door, discussed my options and provided me with a quote for the required work. Bill was my appointed service technician. He was very knowledgeable and polite while serving my garage door. He pointed out what the problem was with my garage motor and went as far as to replace a worn part during this service call visit. Bill is a real asset to this company. So you got my vote to keep Bill around for as long as he wants to work for this company! The cost to repair the motor part and the quality of work received balanced out. Not to mention the one year warranty on the replaced part.
