Very quick service called around 10:45 am they called me and arrived at 12:15 pm. Chet was very polite. gave us some options. We made our choice, he installed the new equipment and did it very quick and professional. Explained how it works and was on his way. We have never had a garage door soooooo silent. Precision repaired my garage door springs on the same day I called. This was important to me so that my daughter would be able to get into our garage when she came home late at night after work. It's dark and she's a beautiful young lady whom I don't want to have to have get out of her car, and then walk around in the dark to our front door in order to get in the house Thanks to Precision, she won't have to. And the gentleman that came out was very courteous and respectful. He was knowledgeable in what needed to be done, explained it to me, and helped me with my payment. I'm thankful for Precision.

2/16/15 My appointment time was scheduled between 12pm - 2pm. Technicians Chad and Mike arrived @11:49am - within the hour of my phone call. Both were professions and introduced themselves. Chad listened to my concerns, examined the door and rollers. Then repeated my concerns back to me to ensure he understood...THAT ALONE IMPRESSED ME!! He didn't attempt to scam or cheat me as a single woman but explained the problem areas in easy to understand terms. Chad and Mike were courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. On a Saturday our garage door spring just broke. I called Precision and they had Jason out by 4:30 the same day. He is a very polite, professional and knowledgeable man. After looking at the door, he explained to us to what had happened and gave us options to resolve it. He replaced the spring, rollers, bracing in practically no time. I thought he was just getting started when he was already done. He also made suggestions about our garage door opener as it was original equipment when the house was built so we had him to install a new one made by Precision themselves. His knowledge and pride about the company was a big selling point. There was no pressure of any kind and we were thoroughly impressed with the whole process in dealing with both Precision and Jason. We highly recommend using Precision Door Service when you have the need. We cannot thank you enough for your quick response time and no extra charges for weekend work.

Your service was as good as the ads and other reviews said it would be. Tim and his assistant called ahead, arrived on time, did a thorough assessment of the issues I was having, and provided me with several options for resolving them. Once we agreed on the work to be done, they set about doing it quickly and professionally and provided me with a thorough explanation of how to use the new equipment. Even though it cost a bit more than I had planned for, I feel the extra work that was done was worth the additional money spent. I would definitely call them again with any garage door and opener issues. Top notch work all around.

On Sunday morning, when the arm pulled away from the garage door, the door dropped and made a loud bang, i thought that it was over. The first thing that I done was, I looked at what was broke then i got my Mint Magazine and started to look for help. Precision Door Service said they offer 24/7 service, I thought to myself, mmmm, 24/7 on a Sunday, probably an up-charge of some sort, so i gave them a call to see, and guess what.? There was no up charge, just aservice call and parts is all that I paid, and yes, they were there in an hour making the necessary repairs, then Chad checked the entire door for smooth operation and any other issues, he was great.!!! and Chad even honored my military service. Thank you sir. I will recommend Precision Door to all, they are a great company. I would like to thank you all for the great & quick service. On a Sunday morning, that was awesome.

Excellent customer service. My technician was Harold who showed up right on time. All I needed was new rollers and he was in and out in about 45 minutes. Price was as quoted with no hidden fees. I will use them in the future for any garage door needs.

Elected not to use Precision as I felt bait-n-switched and then price gouged! Your tech quoted me nearly $550 for a garage door opener you can purchase anywhere for a $150. He then quoted another $300 plus for installation for a grand total of roughly $850!! Most garage door companies have a standard cost for installation of an opener/tune up and most of them are around $100. I got everything fixed for $250 which is what this job should have cost. I think your tech saw my home and neighborhood and thought I could afford to pay more.

The main reason I chose Precision was the detailed website and high number of positive reviews. I was quickly able to determine that Precision was likely to have what I needed and that they had a location convenient to my home. I called to ask for a few details about the product I wanted (a wireless keypad) and received the info I needed from a friendly person. The appointment was made quickly and at my convenience. The technician, Brett, phoned to let me know he was running a few minutes late (not long) and then arrived at the adjusted time without further delay. He was courteous, had a great sense of humor, and knew what he was doing. He performed a free inspection to be sure our door and opener were in good order and gave us some pointers to keep everything working smoothly. Once he installed the keypad, he showed us how to use and to program it. I will definitely call Precision again when the garage door needs repairs. Many thanks for the great service!
