Had a concern after first service. Contacted the company who listened and said they would make it right. Within an hour another Technician arrived and corrected the issue at the companies expense. Both technicians were wonderful-Gilbert and Mike. So refreshing to have a business that still believes in costumer satisfaction! We highly reccomend Precision!

My garage door sounded like it was about to tear itself off the wall. A home warranty service provider had installed the wrong (too "strong") spring, so Billy put on the right size. Then he replaced the clunky cheap metal rollers with nice quiet ones, realigned the post (the bar going from the motor to the door). It works like a champ now and is much quitter. Very pleased.

When I shut my garage door one of the springs snapped and I was unable to open my garage door. I called Precision Door Service and they arrived less than an hour after I called. They replaced the springs, and other parts that needed replacement (rollers, cables, pulleys) in less than an hour. This company is AWESOME! I would highly recommend them. Tim and Josh were very professional and thanks to them my garage door works perfect.

Jeremy called and stated that he was ahead of schedule and asked if an earlier time was acceptable. He arrived at the earlier time as agreed. He was completely prepared with all equipment and tools necessary to complete the job. He explained the differences in my existing door and the new one, he answered all my questions and explained all functions as they related to the new garage door and its operation. Called in for service at 7:15 a.m. and the tech (Jose) was at my house in approximately one hour. When I called for service I got to speak with a person immediately, not some machine that had me pushing buttons for ten minutes. Great tech, explained all options, replaced broken springs and a few other worn parts, adjusted door and door opener. Cleaned up when finished, you would never know he was here. Will certainly call Precision again if I have a garage door problem or when I'm ready for a new garage door. I highly recommend them.
