We were very pleased with the prompt and professional installation of our new garage door and opener. Sean our technician answered all of our questions about the new installation and how things worked. They left our garage neat and free of any debris. The phone staff was courteous and detailed with regard to my situation, and scheduled the appointment. Frank Cassidy was assigned to my repair, he was prompt, even calling to let me know his ETA. Frank was extremely professional, evaluating my situation immediately, and offered options. I am extremely pleased with my end results, my garage door has never worked as well as it now does, and I am better educated on garaged doors thanks to Frank's knowledge and expertice.
