We had a short visit; We talked about what I needed, The order was written , the fellows did a minor repair, we finished the paper work to order a new door, I wrote a check for $700.00, we shook hands, we said we see you in about four weeks, and left. I am very satisfied with their visit.

When I shut my garage door one of the springs snapped and I was unable to open my garage door. I called Precision Door Service and they arrived less than an hour after I called. They replaced the springs, and other parts that needed replacement (rollers, cables, pulleys) in less than an hour. This company is AWESOME! I would highly recommend them. Tim and Josh were very professional and thanks to them my garage door works perfect.

I was most impressed with the promptness and politeness of your employee, Billy. When I decided to replace the old opener, he immediately got to work and completed it in a quick, professional manner. I am very pleased with my new, quiet garage door opener. He also has my car hooked so that I can open/close from my car without the handheld opener. Thank you, Jo Ann Lampe

Called in for service at 7:15 a.m. and the tech (Jose) was at my house in approximately one hour. When I called for service I got to speak with a person immediately, not some machine that had me pushing buttons for ten minutes. Great tech, explained all options, replaced broken springs and a few other worn parts, adjusted door and door opener. Cleaned up when finished, you would never know he was here. Will certainly call Precision again if I have a garage door problem or when I'm ready for a new garage door. I highly recommend them.
