I was very impressed with the service provided to me by this business. The technician that helped us was very polite and professional about his job and had extensive knowledge about what I should do to repair my garage door opener. The phone staff was courteous and detailed with regard to my situation, and scheduled the appointment. Frank Cassidy was assigned to my repair, he was prompt, even calling to let me know his ETA. Frank was extremely professional, evaluating my situation immediately, and offered options. I am extremely pleased with my end results, my garage door has never worked as well as it now does, and I am better educated on garaged doors thanks to Frank's knowledge and expertice.
