I called Precision Garage mid-day, and they had a technician out within a couple of hours—same-day service was a huge plus. I spoke with two different representatives, and both were very polite and professional, which is a big reason I chose this company over another I’d used before. Their thoroughness and follow-up really stood out. Nathan called about 30 minutes before arriving and was just as polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He repaired my garage efficiently and even addressed a minor issue he noticed while he was there. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend Precision Garage.

your technician was awesome. Showed up on time and was very professional. What was surprising is your fee schedule. $1895 to replace the garage door opener when you can buy a similar product in the $400 range. Tightening the spring which took no longer than 10 minutes at a cost of $180. I realize you need to make a profit but these charges I believe are well beyond a reasonable profit margin.

Techician Tobias, (T. C.) was assigned to us by Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville when our garage door started to collapse on January 22, 2026, and he was God sent in the time of our crisis. It happened late in the evening and we knew we had to secure the door somehow for the night. Tobias came in a very timely manner and was able to restore the garage door to it's original state. It was in a severe state and he worked diligently to make sure it was secure, safe and functional for us. This young man is "Awesome". He is knowledgeable, professional, and possess excellent Customer Service Skills. He is most attentive to the safety needs of his customers. Upon diagnosis he carefully explained the problem and what was needed to complete the repair. Thereafter, he provided us with the cost which we were in agreement with. We are very happy with the high quality timely services that we received. After the Safety Inspection Tobias provided us with information that we can definitely move forward with beyond this repair to insure proper maintenancece and safety in the future. Precision door did a great job reprogramming the motor On my garage door. The service technician Cameron went above and beyond to help me get my remotes and car opener to work. He was very professional and courteous.

The garage door and installation went great. The partial financing we did was and still is a disaster. The technician and office manager (Michelle) said it was 12 months no interest. I received a call from a rude lady stating we had not responded to her emails to sign the financing paperwork. In reviewing the emails, this email was sent in a "NO-REPLY" email. When we reviewed the document it said 6 months no interest. The finance company and Precision point the finger at the each other. "We can't change it, they have to". When I reached out to Precision today, they told me I selected the 6 months option on the initial application, which is not true, the only fields to be completed are demographics. Since that didn't work, they referred me back to the finance company. Today they said Accounting was the only one that could help, pointing in a new direction. Of course, I could not speak to anyone, guess they need time to look for someone else to point the finger at.

We purchased a new garage door opener from Precision in 2024. Today, when I arrived home from work, our garage door opened about three inches then stopped. Long story short, it was a broken spring. A very competent technician was able to come within 20 minutes of my call and fixed the spring and other things that were impacting and adding to the spring breaking. We are extremely pleased with Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville.
