Called at 2pm on a Friday w a broken coil. Technician, Hayden, was here at 3. Coil and bearings were replaced and door serviced and done by 4. Hayden was super professional and kind. Work other than requested maintenance was covered under warranty as I had purchased the extended warranty option. Very impressive. Will not hesitate to use and recommend Precision again.

Your technician, I believe his name is Hayden, solved all my problems. He installed a larger track and secured the opener button on the wall that wobbled when pressed. Now the garage door opens smoothly and more quietly than it did before. I am very satifisfied with the work he did!

I called Precision around 3pm after noticing I had 3 or 4 failed/broken hinges on my garage door and was afraid someone was going to get hurt if it was operated again. Riley and Andrew arrived within 2 hours of my call and replaced all of my old plastic hinges and my rollers with heavy duty parts. Both of these technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks guys!

First of all as I have stated before, Precision Garage Door is the only company in Jacksonville I have had 100% success with. That being said on this latest repair in the beginning I thought I could have gotten the work done cheaper but after the technician finished I was satisfied that I had used Precision again. There was a lot of work done and the Technician did an excellent job. Sorry, forgot his name.

Very professional. Received a call immediately after my online request for service. Appointment available that day (Sunday) with no additional charge for weekend. Tech, Ray Gonzalez, was incredible. Pointed out a couple of extra things that needed to be taken care of and although it added to the final invoice, I won't have to be concerned about future parts failure that could have resulted in damage to my door. Appointment was scheduled promptly. Noah called to let me know when he was on his way during the scheduled timeframe. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed several issues. There was no pressure to buy products - he presented what was needed and what could wait if preferred. He resolved all concerns and was very professional. My service was excellent! There was a little problem with the address (there are two homes in the community with the same address numbers). The office and technical called to get the correct address and everything went perfectly after that. The Technican (Ron)answered all of my questions and helped me change my code.

The repairman called twenty minutes before arrival to let me know that he was heading my way. He looked at the rubber that covered the bottom of the door and stated that he had the part on his truck. I asked him for a price and he asked me if I was in the military and gave me a discount. I had him to do the work. He also noticed additional issues with the door that I will have to watch and take action on them later. He gave me estimates on them and the work completed by him was great.

I decided not to get a second estimate as they had everything they needed on the truck and finished installing the motor in about a hour. They also tuned up the door and programmed our apps, key pad, and car remotes. This was my first experience with Precision and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

I chose Precision because I see and hear their name, everywhere. They seem to be the go-to company for garage doors. My husband and I are in need of a new garage door, so I reached out to Precision for a quote. Scheduled the appointment online, received texts and emails as appointment reminders/confirmations, and our technician, Matthew provided us with an ETA the day of the appointment so we knew just when to expect him. Matthew was awesome! He was patient with our many questions, and was very thorough in explaining the process required for the installation of a new door and the many options to choose from. I love that he was not at all "pushy". He was a pleasure to deal with, and I look forward to giving him our business soon!
