We use only Precision Garage Doors for emergencies and regular tuneups. They show up on time and do excellent work every time. Hayden did an excellent job today and explained exactly what he did before he left.

I call precision about my garage. They were able to get me in on the same day. The driver came out within 20 minutes. Looked over my garage. Told me what was wrong what he could and could not do I was very impressed. I highly recommend them to anyone. He had everything on his truck to fix it and I got my garage completed. He also walked me through what was done and how every thing works. Sent an email with what he recommended to do next. Thank you Connor for a job well done.

Rey did an outstanding job replacing the springs and changed out other needed parts for me. He also replaced a rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door that had an opening. He informed me that I have a 5 year warranty for everything that he did. It was expensive but was needed. Thanks

I spoke with two different representatives, and both were very polite and professional, which is a big reason I chose this company over another I’d used before. your technician was awesome. Showed up on time and was very professional. What was surprising is your fee schedule. $1895 to replace the garage door opener when you can buy a similar product in the $400 range. Tightening the spring which took no longer than 10 minutes at a cost of $180. I realize you need to make a profit but these charges I believe are well beyond a reasonable profit margin.

Techician Tobias, (T. C.) was assigned to us by Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville when our garage door started to collapse on January 22, 2026, and he was God sent in the time of our crisis. It happened late in the evening and we knew we had to secure the door somehow for the night. Tobias came in a very timely manner and was able to restore the garage door to it's original state. It was in a severe state and he worked diligently to make sure it was secure, safe and functional for us. This young man is "Awesome". He is knowledgeable, professional, and possess excellent Customer Service Skills. He is most attentive to the safety needs of his customers. Upon diagnosis he carefully explained the problem and what was needed to complete the repair. Thereafter, he provided us with the cost which we were in agreement with. We are very happy with the high quality timely services that we received. After the Safety Inspection Tobias provided us with information that we can definitely move forward with beyond this repair to insure proper maintenancece and safety in the future.
