They then came back immediately to help when we had a sensor alignment issue (likely from contractor traffic) and also helped get the openers connected to MyQ so I could monitor, open and close my doors from anywhere in the world. Percision Door is who I call now for garage door installation or service. We purchased a new Genie garage door opener in 2023 to replaced our old unit. Wow…the new Genie garage door opener was so smooth and quiet! We like the WiFi feature the most of our new unit. You can open the door for anyone while away from your home. I’ve opened the door for FedEx to drop off large boxes in the garage while raining. Percision Door just completed a service call today to inspect and repair our system that was affected by all the power surges last week while on vacation. One call today and Percision Door arrived within a few hours to fix our system. One call and our garage door was smooth and quiet again. I had a problem with my garage door, keypad. The technician was able to resolve the problem. He also informed me about my rollers on the garage door, which were going bad, I had the rotors repaired also and the garage door rocks like a charm. Rialy did a outstanding job and he explained everything to me about the job. He is a very nice young man and very helpful. Precision's two-man crew arrived exactly as scheduled, assessed the needed work on a 20+ year old garage door opener and parts, spent two hours making the selected upgraded/repairs at the agreed upon cost. They ensured all the programing was in working order and removed all the scrap material from the property. Importantly, price point options on materials were discussed and selections were made prior the work starting. There were no surprise add-on charges as the job was completed.

Made appointment thru the website. Easy to follow process. Repairman let me know he was running a little late, arrived as promised based on his call. He diagnosed the issue(broken spring), explained the solutions and pointed out alternatives. Provided pricing and options. Prices were within anticipated ranges. His repairs were complete and he fully explained warranty process and recommended owner servicing. Door is functioning properly and is much quieter.

Been in my house about 9.5 years the garage door began having issues closing (it would get within 1-2 feet of the ground and retract). I did basic troubleshooting with the sensors and Down settings but nothing worked. I called to schedule repair and the lady that helped me was very friendly, able to schedule for my preferred timing (the next morning), and provided all information I asked for such as how pricing worked. Dalton called in advance of arriving and arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled window. He was personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed issues and was able to show me how/why things were issues. He provided the estimate and went over options that could lower/raise the amount and also that I could remove anything I wanted. Can't lie that the estimate was pricey but we decided to move forward, especially since Dalton had everything needed for the repair on his truck and could perform the repair right then and there. I asked how long it might take and he said 1.5-2 hours. He wrapped up right around 1.5 hours and showed me the work. He was thorough and obviously took pride in doing good work. He also programmed the door code to my choice. Although it was more expensive than I expected, I am very pleased with the work and the experience. They delivered on everything they said and I didn't feel like I was just being sold a bill of goods for a money grab. Will definitely use again for future needs.
