My service was excellent! There was a little problem with the address (there are two homes in the community with the same address numbers). The office and technical called to get the correct address and everything went perfectly after that. The Technican (Ron)answered all of my questions and helped me change my code.

The repairman called twenty minutes before arrival to let me know that he was heading my way. He looked at the rubber that covered the bottom of the door and stated that he had the part on his truck. I asked him for a price and he asked me if I was in the military and gave me a discount. I had him to do the work. He also noticed additional issues with the door that I will have to watch and take action on them later. He gave me estimates on them and the work completed by him was great.

Colton and. Nate came out to give us an estimate for replacing our garage door motor. They were both extremely polite, professional, and super-helpful! I decided not to get a second estimate as they had everything they needed on the truck and finished installing the motor in about a hour. They also tuned up the door and programmed our apps, key pad, and car remotes. This was my first experience with Precision and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

I chose Precision because I see and hear their name, everywhere. They seem to be the go-to company for garage doors. My husband and I are in need of a new garage door, so I reached out to Precision for a quote. Scheduled the appointment online, received texts and emails as appointment reminders/confirmations, and our technician, Matthew provided us with an ETA the day of the appointment so we knew just when to expect him. Matthew was awesome! He was patient with our many questions, and was very thorough in explaining the process required for the installation of a new door and the many options to choose from. Cameron was very nice, but I think I got ripped off. New garage door was installed about 2 years ago due to a house fire. The garage door was not shutting properly, and he mentioned the weight of the door and the motor. Said I had a quarter motor not the standard 325 motor. He recommended replacing the bar at the very top of the garage door. Cost me nearly $3000 when a new HP motor would have only been around $1100,, but I’m no expert, and I trusted what he was saying.

My garage doors were over 21 years old and we had been having some issues with one of them. Hayden came out and assess the problem but with the units being over 20 years old replacing parts was not something I wanted to do, so Hayden gave me some options of going with a new unit and short time frame it would take him to install it. After replacing the old units we are happier with how much quieter and faster the new units are.

I called Precision Garage Door Service because my door was not wanting to close after having been opened. It kept acting like something was obstructing closure. I had tried to troubleshoot the electronic beam but that wasn't the problem. I hoped it could be repaired.I called mid-morning and by very early afternoon technician Drew arrived at my house to begin his "investigation." He called ahead of time and arrived in a timely manner. He determined that the electronic panel was likely going bad. He was not trying to just make a sale. The door actually started to work again but there was no guarantee how long it would last. I was also unable to get it to stop mid-movement the way it was designed to operate so I decided to replace the opener with a new belt driven opener which is now operates significantly more smoothly and quietly. Drew did not pressure me or try to convince me to replace the garage door opener. He gave me feedback on his observations to help me make my own decision. He pointed out that the way the old chain was pulling might also be part of the problem. He also inspected the entire system and tightened some screws. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Drew was polite, professional,considerate, and helpful. I have a junky garage and he was able to work around it while being careful and respectful of my property. I had used Precision for a successful repair back in 2019. Based on my favorable experience I highly recomment Precision.
