He took the time to explain things to me and on my level so I could comprehend the material which was a plus!! We discussed everything from family to preventive maintenance concerning my garage. Shane was very thorough in his work as well as his explanation of what the future of my garage door's life expectancy. Looking at maybe changing to a new opener when the present one goes out again. There was an item purchased but it isn't listed in the choices about purchasing a new product. Probably because my system is old.

Mark McKinnon, the estimator, came when I called, and did a through job of explaining my options for a new door. Don and Chris installed it in less than 2 hrs and took the old door and cleaned up the area.
