The main reason I chose Precision was the detailed website and high number of positive reviews. I was quickly able to determine that Precision was likely to have what I needed and that they had a location convenient to my home. I called to ask for a few details about the product I wanted (a wireless keypad) and received the info I needed from a friendly person. The appointment was made quickly and at my convenience. The technician, Brett, phoned to let me know he was running a few minutes late (not long) and then arrived at the adjusted time without further delay. He was courteous, had a great sense of humor, and knew what he was doing. He performed a free inspection to be sure our door and opener were in good order and gave us some pointers to keep everything working smoothly. Once he installed the keypad, he showed us how to use and to program it. I will definitely call Precision again when the garage door needs repairs. Many thanks for the great service!

First, I will admit I was skeptical on their 2 hour guarantee but to my surprise that is exactly what I got!! Sean was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He didn't even think I was crazy when I said the door was possessed because it would close and then reopen on its own free will and screamed like a banshee. He laughed when it closed and reopened and said "Oh, this is an easy fix!". To my surprise it was just a screw loose (nope not in me but on the door). And he heard it screaming as it opened and closed so he knew the demon possessing it would need to be completely eradicated! Sean explained that the demon was actually the rollers and they were just old and cheap. He said it was an easy fix too and it was! Sean was able to fix the door and make me happy because it is quiet as a mouse now and he was able to eradicate that demon. AWESOME Service!! 5 STAR all the way

RATING: 5 STARS: I called precision due to their detailed ad in the yellow pages. I was impressed with the pictures of the technicians as well as the short bio so I was aware of who would be coming to my home. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to choose a time period for the service call the next day. Chad came exactly within that specified period. He called first and alerted me as to when he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door (springs, balancing, etc) as well as the garage door opener. He explained my options in a VERY polite, professional manner, then he proceeded to repair the parts of the door that were not operating appropriately as well as replace the garage door opener with a new system. He explained everything to me and had me practice with the door in order to answer any questions. I was very pleased with the door and the service.

Tim Van Vuren was our technician. He called to let me know what time he would arrive and he was on time. In fact, a little earlier. He was very profession, courteous and helpful. He went right to work, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I liked the same day service and that everything I wanted changed or replaced was on the truck. No leaving and coming back later.

The reason I chose Precision in my purchase and installation of a new garage door was the information provided on their website and reading of the reviews from satisfied customers. Also, the person who came to give the estimate went out of his way to provide a sample of the door color we thought would match the outside of our house and repaired the original door so that it could be used until a new door could be installed. The technicians who installed the door were prompt, professional, and installed the door without any problems. The total experience with Precision was exceptional.

When my garage door broke, I was panicked! I called Precision Door Service and was put on the list to be worked in. Within a few minutes, I received a call from the technician, Sean, who told me he would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the quick response. He repaired my garage door, which was no easy task, and was extremely professional. He also pointed out that the spring was binding and needed replacing. I have that service scheduled next week. Elected not to use Precision as I felt bait-n-switched and then price gouged! Your tech quoted me nearly $550 for a garage door opener you can purchase anywhere for a $150. He then quoted another $300 plus for installation for a grand total of roughly $850!! Most garage door companies have a standard cost for installation of an opener/tune up and most of them are around $100. I got everything fixed for $250 which is what this job should have cost. I think your tech saw my home and neighborhood and thought I could afford to pay more.
