Having moved here from Louisiana and in need of garage door service we reached out to our neighbor for a recommendation! He highly recommended Precision Door Service! Being trapped in our garage we called last evening and a technician arrived this morning and was quite professional and informative, gave estimate and explained work to be performed. We gave an ok and within twenty minutes problem solved and Precision now has a new customer! ????????????

Our technician, Mike, was precisely on time, quite personable, as well as informative. The company makes sure the techs have everything on the truck, so no running out for the item needed. We discussed the process, Mike offered solutions to our problem, we selected the solution and he installed the product. Mike also made sure we got instructions on programming our devices, and maintenance tips. GREAT JOB!

Prompt scheduling and great service. My car was trapped in our garage with a broken spring. They arrived same day and restored the door, serviced it and now it runs as good as new.

I chose Precision because they ensured it could be done soon, the pricing was really good compared to other companies, and the lifetime guarantee on their parts. The installers so nice, on time, and I just LOVE my new garage door and all I asked for! They even programmed my car!

I had an emergency with my garage door falling off its tracks back in August 2011. Precision responded immediately and came out and repaired my door. It really saved the day at that time. Keeping that timely response in mind, I contacted Precision to replace broken rollers on my 34 year old door. Upon arrival it was discovered that main door spring was also broken. Received complete over haul to include;new spring system, new rollers, new opener/remotes, and a ton of alignments and much needed safety checks. The technician was fantastic and very professional. He's a KEEPER. Thank you for such great service. I will refer your firm to anyone in need of garage door service/maintenance. I am very happy with my servicing.

I had used Precision several years ago to have my metal garage door rollers/wheels replaced with nylon rollers/wheels. They served me well however we started seeing signs of age (12 year old door) so made an appointment for an evaluation. We were once again impressed with the process of making an appointment and the prompt arrival of our technician to perform the evaluation. Due to the evaluation and recommendations of our technician Mike Danforth we decided to have our system upgraded and renewed with added features we did not have before. We are extremely pleased with the professional appearance - demeanor - and performance skills of Mike Danforth. We will highly recommend Precision to our family & friends. *our entire system was upgraded - everything was replaced - and the garage door completely repaired/renovated.

Someone on Nextdoor.com recommended Precision Door. I received an estimate on Tuesday, and the job was done on Thursday. Two young men showed up about 45 minutes early, which was great, removed the old wooden door that weighed a ton, installed the new door, and were finished in about 2-1/2 hrs. Fantastic job! I admire good workmanship. If only I had more garage doors for them to replace. : )

I’ve seen ads on tv about your services and called to get estimate to replace my door with another that is safer if there is hurricane. Mark was very efficient and answered my questions. I will definitely be doing this with Prevision but unfortunately I need HOA approval. Working on that.

Techs were nice and did a wonderful job. We decided on Precision because we had seen your company truck at a neighbor's home where they were installing a garage door. It too looks great!

Tim did a good job in explaining what was wrong with my garage door coming down with a bang and said I needed a new opener, which now is just not feasible. I asked him a few more questions and discovered one of the parts that makes the door go up, could really be replaced and would give me some time to get the new opener. I was satisfied with the work Tim did and will get back to Precision when I need to.

The tech, Wesley Texas was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain what was needed and what he would do and answered all my questions fully. At the end of his work, he gave a thorough overview and hints on maintenance. In installing a new opener for me, he cared to check and make sure all other components of the door system are secured and in good operating conditions. I felt totally comfortable when he left, knowing that I have made a good investment in my home.
