RATING: 5 STARS: I called precision due to their detailed ad in the yellow pages. I was impressed with the pictures of the technicians as well as the short bio so I was aware of who would be coming to my home. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to choose a time period for the service call the next day. Chad came exactly within that specified period. He called first and alerted me as to when he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door (springs, balancing, etc) as well as the garage door opener. He explained my options in a VERY polite, professional manner, then he proceeded to repair the parts of the door that were not operating appropriately as well as replace the garage door opener with a new system. He explained everything to me and had me practice with the door in order to answer any questions. I was very pleased with the door and the service.

Tim Van Vuren was our technician. He called to let me know what time he would arrive and he was on time. In fact, a little earlier. He was very profession, courteous and helpful. He went right to work, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I liked the same day service and that everything I wanted changed or replaced was on the truck. No leaving and coming back later.

The reason I chose Precision in my purchase and installation of a new garage door was the information provided on their website and reading of the reviews from satisfied customers. Also, the person who came to give the estimate went out of his way to provide a sample of the door color we thought would match the outside of our house and repaired the original door so that it could be used until a new door could be installed. The technicians who installed the door were prompt, professional, and installed the door without any problems. The total experience with Precision was exceptional.

When my garage door broke, I was panicked! I called Precision Door Service and was put on the list to be worked in. Within a few minutes, I received a call from the technician, Sean, who told me he would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the quick response. He repaired my garage door, which was no easy task, and was extremely professional. He also pointed out that the spring was binding and needed replacing. I have that service scheduled next week. Brett was extremely professional and friendly. He took the time to explain how everything works and never pressured me into buying more than what I needed. He even saved me money by fixing my old garage door opener, which I was able to put towards new rollers on my garage door. Now my garage door rolls nice, smooth, and quiet! I choose Precision by your add in the Money and Mint Magazines, I also checked you out on the internet. Your website was very professional, when I called for an appointment your internet was down, but the CSR advised she would call me back ASAP, within 15 minutes she had returned my call and set my appointment. Sean was my technician, he was very polite and courteous. Told me up front what was needed and how much it would cost. Sean completed the repairs in about 2 hours, my garage door works great and is very quite. Thanks for the great service.

Our springs needed to be replaced, and we searched the web for a company to do the work. The professional looking web site impressed us, as did the receptionist demeanor when we called to discuss the repair. Sean (technician) arrived on time and identified the work that needed to be done. He provided several estimates and completed the work in less time than than projected.
