I received a call from technician Frank around 4 who said he would be earlier than 6. Frank was knowledgeable and fast. I will from now on call Precision and recommend themto friends and family. called to have my door adjusted and Ryan found that the drive gear on my 17 year old opener was stripping out. He replaced my unit with a new belt driven opener. He also lubed all the rollers and hinges. Now everything works smoothly and quietly. Thanks Ryan, he worked quickly and efficiently.
