Frank called ahead and gave an ETA and showed up when he said he would. He explained what the issue was with my door sping and and gave me optioned on what I could do. The repair was done within the est. time Fran give. Frank noticed that the wheeles on the door were a little loose causing some noise and again gave me options on what I could do so I had them replaced within 20 minutes! Overall it was one of the better home owner contractor repairs I had done in a long time.

Prompt, courteous, and outstanding service. Frank the technician called to alert us of his arrival time which was well within the appointment window. He repaired the door mechanism and replaced the broken extension spring system with a torsion spring setup which was more cost effective in the long run. He completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up meticulously. I would recommend Precision to friends.

I was surprised that they not only took my call at 5pm but had someone out in an hour. The door broke at 4:45 (Brace and arm snapped off the door. Brad showed up went over options and then re-enforced the door lubricated as well.Excellent service tech. You have any of my future business

Sean was promt and professional. He also did a five star installation giving me a number of available options but was in no way pushy about the suggested options. We decided to upgrade and get the Lifetime warranty for piece of mind. Thankyou for the quick service as our cars were locked in the garage which really put us in a bind.

Kurt called when he was delayed by traffic. Gets bonus points for being courteous. He installed not only the new garage door but the opener as well. He gave me a time when it all should be done and was right on. Professional but communicated in laymen's terms. The cable on my 15 year old garage door snapped Friday night as my wife and I were heading out for dinner. Needless to say that changed our plans for the evening and we therefore spent time trying to determine how bad the damage was to the door and the system in general. The next morning I begain the search for garage door repair companies and came across the website for Precision Garage Door Service. To my surprise I actually reached someone on the phone, on a Saturday morning no less, and before I knew it I had an appointment set for the same day. Midday I received a call from Chris the PGDS technician stating he would be there shortly. When Chris got to my house he quickly assessed the damage and began to clearly lay out the options I had available to me. Luckly for me I did not need a new door but the age of the rest of the system was such that replacement was the best choice for consistant operation and piece of mind. Chris began the job and was finished within three hours. Throughout the process he took time to show me the old parts and what he was replacing them with. He made sure the garage area was clean and free of loose parts. Once completed with the job Chris spent time programming the new system as well as programming our remotes and the remotes in our cars. He completed his final clean-up and we took care of the payment. Chris then supplied me with the proper paperwork for the system and email receipt for the job. He left Saturday afternoon having completed a job I thought would take all day. His professionalism and knowledge of the product was outstanding and I can honestly say I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone. Great service, great technician, great job!
