I needed a repair to my garage door this week. The "trolley" in my system broke, and I scheduled an appointment. AJ came out and did an AWESOME job. He was fast, polite, and very knowledgeable. I used Precision about 6 months ago also for a tune up, and I will continue to use them! Highly recommended!

Precision has been servicing both of my residential garage doors for the past 2 years, with nothing but the best of service. They are on-time, cost is accurate and reasonable, and I've had very few garage door issues since switching to Precision.

Being a repeat customer of Precision Door I'm very happy with their service. Today was just checking my door, new rollers, lube and general inspection. Tim did the work and my door is now much quieter, he was professional and polite. Next year I will schedule another check and making an appointment.

I am a widow and was dismayed to find that I could not open my garage door after an overnight storm. The wall console, remote controller, and outside keypad all failed to operate the opener. I called around 10:30 and was told that a technician could be there between 4 and 6 pm. He came as promised, determined that my opener unit could not be repaired, and installed a new one by 5:30 or so. He also replaced the rollers to make it easier for me to manually lift the door in the event of a power outage. Tim, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So, I had the use of my car again for the weekend. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fruit Cove, northwest St. Johns county.

My technician, Ryan, was quick, polite, and professional. He understood quickly "my fear of snakes" and recommended a great weather stripping to provide complete closure from outside elements. Thanks for the quick service also!! ** Weather strip replacement**
