I called for service on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could get service within a couple of hours and was told there was no extra charge for weekend service. The service person called before coming and arrived on time. I knew the spring was broken, but he ran a check on the entire assembly, located a problem with the bearing plates and gave me a quote for the entire job. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and even waived the service call fee because he had to leave for a short time to replace one of his missing tools. I will definitely use this company again if I need any service in the future. My garage door door now works better than ever!

Our Tech was Michael G. Came to our home on a Sunday, arrived in less than one hour from my call, and did a great job fixing my damaged garage door. Great experience from start to finish. Our garage door opener stopped working on a Friday afternoon. My husband's call was answered right away and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get a tech out that evening. Ryan, our tech, was able to come earlier than planned (he called to make sure that was okay!), he arrived and assessed the problem, explained it to us and gave us an estimate. He did a great job and we're happy to have everything working again. Would definitely call again if needed and recommend to a friend!
