Garage door spring snapped. I thought of doing it myself, but this is so quick and easy it made great sense. I was surprised to be able to get my garage door spring replacement scheduled the same day I called. The technician Bill S. gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way and arrived within the time given. I could tell he was very experienced in his trade and completed the work efficiently and quickly. The first time I called you folks it was the promise of same day service-my garage door was stuck at "half mast". Your crew responded and fixed the problem quickly and with mimum disruption.I was impressed with the professional crew and their work. This time I called because of the first time. The door did not want to respond to the remote-Frank came in and fixed the problem within minutes-he too was professional-he could have taken me for a full blown repair-I don't know these things-an honest, quick diagnosis was greatly appreciated-good man-indicating a good company-

Called last night to inquire about installation of new garage door opener. Was able to speak to person and not automated system which I was impressed with. Harold came out today, prompt and very courteous and installed my new opener and I could not be more pleased with it, I am so happy and very impressed with the rapid timely response and professional courteous service. I chose Precision because they installed our new opener when the old one gave out and they did a quick and thorough job. For this repair we had lightning quick service. I called at around 9:30 in the morning, was told they would have someone with me between 11am and 1pm the same day. I received a call from the technician at 10:30 saying he would be with me in half an hour, which he was. The repair was finished by just after 12 noon. I don't think it gets any better than that.
