We only had minor issues with creaks and pops when opening and closing the garage doors that the original company that installed them could not fix. The Precision tech properly adjusted everything and was excellent at explaining what was causing the problem and how it could be addressed. Additionally, he arrived on schedule and was very polite and willing to listen to my concerns.

Reggie called and even showed up a little early. I was having the doors inspected because they were sounding a bit clunky. He obviously knew a lot about garage doors. He fixed a loose board and explained how to do monthly maintenance. He convinced me an annual inspection is a good idea.

Both of our garage doors have been giving us trouble the past few weeks. Yesterday, one of them quit working completely (wouldn't open). We called Precision and they were able to schedule two technicians to come out today. The door that wouldn't open had a broken torsion spring, so we had them replace the springs, drums, rollers, cables, and bearing plates. The other one we had them replace the unit with a new one. The old one was a noisy chain-drive unit. The replacement is a quiet belt-drive unit (like the one that was rebuilt). The technicians were polite, respected our property, and kept us informed of what was being done. Highly recommended.

Our garage doors were not working very well and we requested an appointment to have them evaluated. Nate L. was right on time for our appointment and after he had gone through checking the doors outs he gave us his professional opinion. Basically our garage doors operational system was shot and everything but the doors needed to be replaced. After he explained in detail what he would be doing to make the garage door system work effectively and giving us a quote on the work we allowed him to to complete what needed to be done. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself, explained all the work he had completed and programed all our car/keypad remotes. He explained in detailed all the warranties and left manuals explaining all details for the Genie Openers. We had used Precision Door Service in our prior home and were very pleased with their work so when we needed service on the current residence we didn't hesitate calling them. Noticed on invoice that we didn't receive the senior citizen discount I contacted their office and was told that their main office would call me back to take care of this. I feel confident this will not be an issues. They are a very professional company to do business with. Nate L. did an amazing job.

Dalton went the extra mile to arrive 45 minutes early than the appt time. He clearly explained the purpose of torquemaster which wasn't sufficient enough to support the weight of door. He replaced one broken guide wheel at no charge. He suggested to upgrade the torquemaster soon.

10 out of 10!! We broke a spring this morning and my car was trapped in the garage! Made the appointment at 12:45 pm and Reggie was at my house before 4pm and it was all fixed within an hour. Very professional, dressed nicely and professional transportation. Very knowledgeable. Reggie was GREAT!!

Terrific! I have had both my garage door openers replaced by Precision, different times. Their staff is timely, per appointment, go right to work and complete the job quickly and correctly. This time was a broken wire on one of the sensors. The problem was corrected under warranty in record time on Saturday! I would recommend this firm anytime.

The installer focused only on the positives of his door type. Did not inform me that it would look totally different the door opener on the adjacent door. Did not inform me in advance it would leave a substantial hole in the wall were the activator remote is mounted. I feel I must now replace the fully functional opener on the other door for appearance sake.
