our garage door opened just "died" yesterday morning. and recognizing that we are not gifted with the ability to do-it-ourselves, we called Precision for help. we got an appointment for the same day! Tim and Andrew showed up exactly when they promised, gave us an estimate, and then completed the work in an hour. courteous, professional, AND pleasant--what's not to like? we will ALWAYS call Precision for all our garage door needs, and we'll be comfortable telling our friends and neighbors as well....

I called them on a Friday afternoon thinking I would be lucky to get an appointment on Monday, but they service 7 days a week and were able to come on Sunday. The technician came at the beginning of the appointment range, which was great, and he repaired the garage door quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision based on my experience.

Our garage door stopped working and our home warranty company had your company respond The service tech, Nick, arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. Nick explained the problem and how it could be fixed in laymen terms. He had all the materials and tools on hand to complete the job and was finished in a short period of time.
